Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

It is a large, beautiful bright kitchen living room, with dining area and a soft section. The bedroom has access to a bathroom with a large shower. The kitchen has facilities for making your own meals, as well as an outdoor grill. There are good parking conditions, close to Helsingør city center, shopping, culture, the Maritime Museum, Kronborg, forests and good beaches, opportunities for tennis and golf.

We took over the home in November 2024 after it had served as a dance hall, bar and most recently a restaurant. The home has 2 floors and still has a lot of small ongoing renovation projects.
