It is a large, beautiful bright kitchen living room, with dining area and a soft section. The bedroom has access to a bathroom with a large shower. The kitchen has facilities for making your own meals, as well as an outdoor grill. There are good parking conditions, close to Helsingør city center, shopping, culture, the Maritime Museum, Kronborg, forests and good beaches, opportunities for tennis and golf.

We took over the home in November 2024 after it had served as a dance hall, bar and most recently a restaurant. The home has 2 floors and still has a lot of small ongoing renovation projects. The house offers three lovely double rooms, one of which is located on a cozy loft. The spacious living room has a wood-burning stove, a long table and a large, cozy sofa where you can relax. Outside is an outdoor kitchen with a pizza oven, barbecue and dining area for 10 people, as well as a large lounge sofa. The garden has a spa with sauna, wildland bath, cold water tub and an outdoor shower. The cottage is only 700 meters from a large sandy beach. It is 2.5 km to Hornbæk city center and 600 meters to the train station.

Glem ikke et besøg i Espergærde Havn: smuk udsigt og hyggelige restauranter. Vær opmærksom på at der i huset bor en dejlig kat, Pus, på 10 år. Hun går selv ind og ud af kattelemmen.
