We liked the stay in Julia's apartment very much. Will definitely visit again. Everything was as described. She and her manager were always available to us. The location is great, 100 m from the beach, 10 minutes walk to the pedestrian zone of Timmendorf-Strand, parking at the house and in the area... Swimming pool and sauna on the fourth floor with a view over Niendorf

We spent 5 days or 4 nights in the apartment and felt very comfortable. The perfect apartment for 2 persons. Everything is very clean, right on the promenade and yet easily accessible by car and free parking right at the house. The highlight, however, is the fantastic view directly onto the sea. We can only agree with the many positive reviews - we will be happy to come back!

We had a nice time in Pönitz am See, everything worked out great. Nothing is missing in the apartment and it is as shown in the pictures. Sven was super nice as a host, could even stay a little longer in the apartment on Sundays, the return trip was then without problems. Thank you for everything, Heike and Torsten

Everything was great! Check-in went smoothly as did the previous communication. The apartment is nicely cut, is centrally located and around it is still quiet. The kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. The rooms are nice and bright. The only small drawback is, in my view, that moisture quickly forms in the apartment, but this is also due to the basement location of the apartment. Once moisture is present there (e.g. after wet cleaning), it is difficult to get rid of it despite intensive ventilation.

I was extremely grateful and happy that I had chosen this accommodation when I arrived in front of the house. Beautifully landscaped flower beds, lawn, private terrace, private carport and fantastic surroundings. Pure nature and, above all, real peace. Exactly what I had hoped for. Beautifully and stylishly furnished inside. There is everything you need for a holiday. Whether a folder with all the important and useful tips and recommendations for the stay or a freezer or a washing machine. Everything has been thought of here. The hosts are very friendly and likeable. They give you the feeling of having a real piece of home here. I felt the same way and was able to really enjoy my vacation there. I will definitely come back.

The coconut apartment is really nice! Very spacious and beautiful! 2 parking spaces are available and even an e-charging station. Balcony is also very large. You get a lot from the other parties, but everything was positive. We will be happy to come back.

The apartment is clean and very nicely decorated. You have everything you need. We felt comfortable and spent a relaxing week in Scharbeutz. 🙂

The communication in advance was very friendly and fast. We received all the important information in advance. The apartment is super centrally located, everything is quickly accessible on foot. In the apartment we felt very comfortable, the equipment was very good, everything was newly renovated and on a new and upscale level. The facility was lovingly and very modern. Definitely a recommendation! The apartment is totally beautiful and we felt right at home. The beds are great! The location is great. Communication with Oliver was very good. We booked at short notice and had a few questions in advance, to which Oliver responded very easily and made good suggestions.

Samir is an incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive host – you can immediately tell that he really cares about the well-being of his guests. The place was exactly as described – if not better! For a girls' weekend, the apartment was just great! Plenty of space, lots of seating and the roof terrace was an additional highlight 😊 Communication with Jule was easy and fast. We will be happy to come back! 🫶🏼

A cozy and high-quality furnished apartment in a central location with great views. Everything was very clean and the booking was quick and uncomplicated. We felt very comfortable for the few days. Gladly again!

The apartment is very clean, visible and palpable. Everything you need in the apartment is present. Unfortunately, we had not thought of asking in advance if the bikes could be put inside, this amenity is not present. It is within walking distance of the station (15 minutes) and downtown Timmerdorfer Strand ( 30 minutes) We had a very nice stay!

We felt very comfortable. The apartment is very nice, close to the beach, but still very quiet. Everything you need was available and the balcony invites you to a nightcap in the evening. A very relaxing week for us 2 in Haffkrug. Andreas responds promptly and the check in was very easy with the Nuki app. We will be happy to come back sometime...

We spent two beautiful days in the bright and friendly apartment – together with my girlfriend's four-year-old daughter. The apartment was clean, welcoming and cozy, so we felt right at home. The parking fees in the parking garage are not without, but the wellness area and especially the swimming pool delighted us. The location couldn't be better either: the sea is almost right outside the door! We were able to enjoy the water, stroll along the promenade and browse the many small shops. All round, a successful short trip

You can immediately tell that nothing is left to chance here. The entire ambience was extremely pleasant and high-quality, we felt comfortable from the first moment. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and easy to reach, but always pleasantly reserved – just the right mix. The location was also perfect for us: quiet, but still everything easily accessible. My husband and I spent the vacation together with our 2 year old son in the apartment and were very enthusiastic. The check-in was very straightforward. The apartment is very well equipped and clean. It is clear that the house and garden are being taken care of intensively. The apartment is in a quiet location two side streets from the beach promenade. We agree with previous vacationers on the points of criticism. We also believe that a towel/linen package should be included in the price. The light of the WLAN router in the bedroom is really extremely bright. In addition, the pillows were far too voluminous. The three points are high-level complaints. We would book the apartment again without hesitation and always recommend it.

The place was beautiful. We felt very comfortable. Particularly noteworthy is the easy to use and high-quality sauna through the on-site instructions, as well as the hot tub, which give the holiday a luxurious touch. The place was very clean and modern. The bed is very comfortable and large (1.80m). Check-in is contactless and easy. The area is quiet, but if you are mobile, surrounding cities are very good and can be reached in a short time. Thank you for the wonderful stay!
