The 3 luxurious bathrooms ensure that there is plenty of space for everyone, and the energy-saving air-to-water heat pump ensures comfortable temperatures throughout the house. The house has four bedrooms, three of which are furnished with double beds and one with two single beds. There are 2 additional sleeping places in the attic (loft) and a separate alcove in the lower area where you can stretch out and sleep – there is enough space for everyone. The house was built in 2023 and heated with an economical heat pump, which means low consumption costs for you as a tenant. There's underfloor heating all over the house.
