Our idyllic cottage from 1730 is located in the middle of the old village center of Wilkenburg (Hemmingen), surrounded by a nature reserve. A breathtaking swimming lake (100 m) and many paths into nature are just a stone's throw away. The city center of Hanover, the Maschsee and the Hanover trade fair can be reached in a 5-10 minute drive. Hanover main station: 8.5 km, airport: 30 km Trade fair: 5.5 km A small country bakery and a private horse farm are just around the corner.

The exhibition grounds can be easily reached by tram in 30 minutes. From January 1, 2024, the City of Hanover will levy an accommodation tax. Tax is included in the price.

Welcome to our newly renovated trade fair and business apartment. Here you can relax from your long day of training or trade fairs. The latest equipment and fast LAN/WLAN also allow you to work in the apartment. The apartment is located in Alt-Laatzen, in a very quiet, rural environment. It takes about 20 minutes on foot to the Expo/Exhibition Center, about 10 minutes by public transport or bike, and about 5 minutes by car.

The apartment measures just under 70 m² with a living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. The Hannover Exhibition Grounds are 7 km away and can be reached by car in a few minutes. The bathroom is directly adjacent to the bedroom and can only be reached through it. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people (bedroom = double bed / living room = single bed and sofa bed with slatted base)

The guest apartment is located in a rural area on a farm, the area is quiet and close to the city. It takes 20 minutes by car to get to the city center and only 15 minutes to the fair. Both are also accessible by public transport. Hanover is also easily accessible by bike via a superbly developed network of paths. Bike rental is possible to a limited extent.
