The flat is located in beautiful Kirchrode, nevertheless there is good public transfer. There is a direct bus to the fair grounds.

The apartment is quiet but still central. The city center is also easily accessible by bike. The path to downtown along Lake Maschsee is really beautiful. We felt very comfortable in the apartment. The amenities are tasteful and functional at the same time. Monika was very quick to respond to requests and was always supportive. We can fully recommend the apartment and the hostess.

I'm a return customer at Anita's apartment. The size, layout and location are perfect for my stays in Hannover. Neighborhood is super quiet. Great balcony for morning coffee, reading a book or just relaxing. Less than a 5 minute walk to the beautiful Maschsee lake, grocery store and a wonderful bakery. I highly recommend this Airbnb. We’ve stayed in many places, but this was truly one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. Everything was perfect — from the spotless cleanliness and incredibly comfortable bed and pillows to the well-thought-out amenities. But what really made this stay special was the attention to detail. It felt like the hosts were genuinely waiting to welcome us — every element of the space contributed to a warm and inviting atmosphere. The hosts themselves are absolutely wonderful: kind, welcoming, and with a fantastic sense of humor. They gave us excellent recommendations for what to see and where to eat, which made our short stay even more memorable. Although we were there for just one night, it was an unforgettable experience. We would come back in a heartbeat!

We stayed at Martin and Janne’s place for a couple of nights and everything went wonderfully. Communication was quick and clear, and we had no trouble finding the apartment and checking in thanks to the easy-to-follow instructions. The flat is conveniently located right next to a bus stop. The apartment was clean and cozy, and the price is fare. The kitchen was excellent — fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils. Special shout out to coffee machine. We especially enjoyed the nice balcony. A special highlight was that Martin kindly let us borrow two bicycles for free, which allowed us to explore the area on a lovely bike ride. That was a wonderful bonus!

An absolute dream accommodation – we'd love to come back! The house really impressed us – it was spotlessly clean, furnished with great attention to detail and incredibly stylish and cozy at the same time. We didn't miss anything at all. The kitchen was excellently equipped, even welcome drinks were ready for us – a very nice gesture! The location is also great: Quietly located and yet you can get to Hanover or other places of interest in the area in a short time. The many tips and information we received from Perdita were particularly helpful. On her recommendation, we also went to a fantastic Italian restaurant in the neighboring town - a real highlight of our stay. The check-in was also completely uncomplicated and smooth. We felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime. A very clear recommendation - this house is a real gem on Airbnb!
