The accommodation is located in a separate small detour from the road into the residential area. Fridalen is a brand new residential area, and No. 11 was completed Feb 2022. Welcome to my charming, sunny mountain cabin that combines central location with modern comfort and the tranquility of nature! The cabin is located at the foot of Høllekølten, surrounded by beautiful nature and a great hiking terrain that offers experiences all year round. Proximity to cross country trails, alpine slopes, randonee and to Hemsedal city center! The cabin is well equipped, with practical solutions. The outdoor area offers a terrace, and a fire pit with barbecue and fire pit. The cottage is located in a quiet area with a family friendly neighborhood.

Wild, beautiful and steep! Cottage with stunning views. Great natural surroundings with great hiking opportunities. Høgestølen is located about 25 min. from Hemsedal center (alpine center), 15 min. to grocery store, and about 5 min. to a network of cross country trails. The cottage is heated with electricity and firewood, heating cables in the bathroom and combined washer/dryer .The cottage is steep to the east! Car way to the door, possible to park right outside. Here you can experience total silence. In the summer there will be cows and sheep in the area.

Bed linen and towels are extra for short stays (250 p/prs)

The neighborhood is quiet, and although the location is close to downtown, you will only hear nature sounds and mountain tranquility when you sunbathe on the terrace.

There is an elevator up to 1 floor and one can put your skis in a large private storage room in the basement. There aren't much views but you can glow down Hemsedal!
