The home is located in a quiet neighborhood, conveniently near the airport and about a 20-25 min drive from the Strip and Spring Mountain Rd/Chinatown. There are plenty of other restaurants, grocery stores, etc within a 10-min drive. We appreciated the overall cleanliness, sleek decor, and amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms. It was a treat to have a private pool and hot tub to enjoy in the nearly 100 degree weather. We greatly enjoyed our restful stay and would definitely consider returning in the future.

Matt's house is exactly like his posting. It's clean, comfortable beds and all the amenities we needed. The pool was great!! My family and I were in town for HS graduation with a bunch of activities planned throughout the days. It was a nice feeling coming "home". Very peaceful! I'd stay at Matt's property again! Las Vegas fun without the hotel vibes and craziness haha

Great house, spacious, clean and perfect for the six of us to spread out. The outdoor patio was great with views of the strip. Easy to find and close to everything.

Let me just start by saying this is the best host we’ve ever had. He was there from the moment we booked the trip to day we left making sure everything was perfect for our vaca. Secondly, this place is literally within 3-5 miles of EVERYTHING but the strip, and the strip, even though is 20 min away, we were there everyday of our stay and it never felt like a long dull drive. The location is peaceful and quiet. The house is beautiful, big, clean and has everything you can think of. The sofa is HUGE and comfy! The beds are the most comfortable beds of all the places we’ve ever stayed! We all slept so good! We played golf, we swam, we played pool, watched movies, dipped in the hot tub we stayed so busy every day we were there. I could’ve stayed for a month and never gotten bored. This truly was the best spent money ever spent. Thank you Lou! We will be back! You truly win BEST HOST EVER!

I’d definitely stay at Shaun’s place again. I like to have fun but when it’s time to rest & relax I prefer a peaceful quiet setting and Shaun’s place provided that. Always hit me back right away if I had any questions and just made the whole process very easy and we loved his place we’ll definitely be staying there from now on when we go to Vegas!

Corinna was an amazing host and very communicative and flexible. My flight arrived earlier than it was supposed to and she was very hospitable and allowed us to check in a bit earlier which was much appreciated. During our stay we were amazed at all amenities, it has everything you needed and to cook a great meal . The house was very clean and the pool table area was very fun! All the rooms were very beautiful and clean which added to our relaxing stay. The pool was clean and very big which we enjoyed. Corinna was a great hospitable host and we would love to book again! Incredible value for the money. About 20 minutes away from the strip, but that didn’t matter for my trip. It was quiet clean and matched the description exactly. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

Beautiful home to stay while visiting family who live in town. Loved all the things to do entertaining wise in home. Only recommendation would be adding pillow top comfort to beds. However I would definitely book again. Thank you Taylor for being a great host.

We loved staying here! Kat was so friendly and very responsive. Check in and check out were super simple. We appreciated how clean and neat the entire property was. This is an awesome place to stay off the strip in Vegas, but close enough to take in the amenities. Quiet room, clean, and well designed. Would stay here again!

House was great and comfortable! Overall very organized and tidy home, however some of the bedsheets on the beds were dirty with hairs that required us to wash the sheets again. Regardless would definitely book here again!

I really enjoyed staying at Edna's place in Vegas. It was so close to the strip, grocery stores, and restaurants. The home was very clean, cozy and had more than enough space for us 6 ladies. We loved the esthetics with the modern touches which perfectly matched the photos listed. The beds were comfortable, the outdoor space was perfect, and supplies were provided to make our stay amazing. Edna was quick with her response and checked in with us to see how our stay is going. We are so looking forward to our next stay, Edna is the BEST! <3

Awesome place where we felt at home and cozy. Very clean environment. The host was great, responsive, and very accommodating. Would highly recommend.

We stayed at Matthew’s place for a soccer tournament at nearby Heritage Park. We were a large group of players and parents. The easy freeway access, proximity to the park and 5 bedrooms were great. A HUGE plus were the double washers and dryers since we had to wash uniforms daily. The boys enjoyed the spa in the evening and hardly left the pool table. There was plenty of space to cook and seat everyone for meals. The neighborhood felt safe. Had the weather been cooler, I’m certain we would have enjoyed the outdoor games. If you’re a light sleeper, the bedroom at the end of the hall gets some traffic noise, but it didn’t bother us. We had a great stay!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was perfect for our trip — clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. One of the highlights for us was the backyard pool. We spent hours relaxing and having fun in the water. The space was private and peaceful, and it was so nice to unwind by the pool after a day out. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to relax and enjoy!
