The Piggery by The Orchard is a delightful, sun filled, light and airy, two-bedroom, two-bathroom detached home on Ham Farm. Stylish, cosy and beautifully designed and handmade by artists, The Piggery offers a unique and unforgettable stay near the coast in Devon. The traditional Orchard to the South, planted by us twenty-four years ago, boasts vintage cider apples, delicious cookers and eaters plus mulberry, plums, perry pears, medlar and quince. We produce our own cider and apple juice too..

The quaint towns of Kingsbridge, Totnes, Salcombe, and Dartmouth are nearby.

The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

Beautifully converted granary, affording stunning views of the rolling countryside and plenty of outdoor space and parking to suit your needs. Equal distance from Totnes, Dartmouth, Salcombe and Kingsbridge, but importantly good reachable distance from the beach. The Granary, which is set upon a local bridle path is walking distance of the local pub and dogs are very welcome here. cosy nights by the wood burner or sipping wine by the fire pit after a long, lazy day at the near by beaches.

Large, open spaces - remote and countrified but close to Dartmoor National Park - 20 mins, beach (25 mins Bantham, Bigbury, Mothecombe). No traffic, road noise or street lights, only sound of river Avon which fronts the property and is directly accessed through garden. Local walks, public footpaths. Private, off- road parking for up to 2 vehicles. Own terrace with outside furniture own access.

There is off street parking on a shared drive and the apartment opens onto the shared front garden of the main house.
