Es ist nur zwei Stationen entfernt von Oberlaa u-Bahn und mit der U1 ist man in etwa 15 Minuten am Stephansplatz im Zentrum von Wien. Ein Supermarkt befindet sich nur 50 Meter vom Haus entfernt.“
