Townhouse holiday rentals in Henrico County

Great accommodations!…. I usually stay at good hotels, but wanted to try out my luck with an AirBnb location. No regrets!

Catherine was a great host. Since she was a long-time resident of Richmond, she had recommendations for Civil War sites for me to see. Catherine is the reason I enjoy staying with an Airbnb host--I felt at home and had concierge tourist services!! I will definitely go to Catherine's the next time I am in Richmond.

Everything was amazing such a beautiful home, Cecilia was an amazing host,communication was great and she was very understanding on every aspect so I really did appreciate that,everything was great ,would definitely book again and highly recommend :)

Kathleen is a phenomenal host and her sweet porch kitty is an added bonus! We felt completely comfortable and content throughout our stay. Kathleen even thought to provide an arrangement of snacks, drinks, and commonly used toiletries. The only possible downside of staying here is that it will make other lodging options pale in comparison! :)

We had a great time this weekend! The place fit all of us comfortably and the game room was a nice add-on for the kids. It was a quick trip, so we didn't get to spend a whole lot of time there, but it was perfect for what we needed. One thing to note, as others have noted previously, there were a lot more stairs leading up to the place than we had anticipated, but luckily none of us had any trouble with them. It would be difficult for anyone that is elderly or has mobility issues.

Booth's place in RVA was exactly what we were looking for. It was private, the kitchen was fully stocked, and it had a nice old-style home fee from the large bed to the regal work room/second bedroom. Booth was super responsive and easy to work with when we had questions, and check in/out was as smooth as could be :) Definitely worth staying here, if you're lucky enough to find a spot! :)

The price was great. It was a littler further out from where we wanted to be (downtown) but that wasn’t too bad and honestly beggars couldn’t be choosers (it was a busy weekend for hotels/abnbs). My sister and I were a little anxious about staying in an abnb with the owners but we barely even saw each other and it didn’t feel weird at all. Things to note that may be pros or deal breakers or suggestions to host 1. Bed is very soft. For some people not an issue but it’s worth noting. 2. No tv in room. 3. Upstairs felt a little warm. We actually went and bought a little fan. Luckily the nights were cool so it wasn’t bad at night. 4. The key box was a little difficult to maneuver. 5. There was a mini fridge in the room which was great and they had some waters stocked! 6. We didn’t have to share a bathroom. 7. No mirror in room. 8. They have a kitty (which we loved) but I know some people have allergies!

This was a great house in a very walkable location. The decor is super cute, it was easy to park and access, and we were thankful for the washer and dryer. We highly recommend this house!

Best airbnb experience so far! I definitely recommend Carlton’s Place.

Really love this house!!!! We stay in Airbnbs 5 months out of the year and I can say this is one of my all time favorites. The streets are quite but close to everything. There’s a park down the st. With a basketball court and football filed. Kitchen has all you need. A shower and bathroom for each guest. We stayed 2 weeks and made friends on the block. So, yes. We’re coming back.

Like other reviews I've read, Betty's Place is great for a working trip, or simply wanting to get away a relax. Spacious kitchen and living room. The gym is a nice 1/2 mile walk from door to door and has enough for a solid workout. Truly has a "home" feel!

Allie was wonderful! She was very friendly and hospitable. Place was spotless and quiet. My first time using an AirBnB and a great experience. If you’re ever in the Chesterfield area I highly recommend her place!

As a family of 5 (3 teenage boys), we were all very comfortable. The house was clean, smelled amazing, beds were comfy with TVs in each room and I loved sitting on the front porch. Neighborhood was beautiful/historic, neighbors friendly and easily walkable to shops/restaurants. Great neighborhood to run/jog to nearby parks. We loved our stay!

It's a wonderful house. It's neat and cozy. The kitchen is big and convenient. Everything is pleasant, so I take it easy. I want to visit again.

The house is picture perfect. Access was easy and clear from the instructions provided. The host was proactive in providing all necessary and extra amenities like an iron, ironing board, q-tips, and extra towels. We made her aware of our agenda before hand and she was very flexible to our schedule and late night / early morning moves. This accommodation choice definitely made our homecoming experience even better. Definitely worth the price. Thank you!

She was a great host, always friendly and helpful, even that she has cats, there is nothing to be worried about it, they are in their thing and the house is extraordinary clean.

The room was quiet and comfortable. We loved being able to walk to dinner and coffee that next day. We felt very at ease.
