The hiking trail 'Kasteler Felsenpfad' starts almost at the doorstep. Good gastronomy in easy reach? Restaurant St.Erasmus in TRASSEM (ca. 4 km).

Our stylish cottage is situated in the charming wine village Wiltingen. From the spacious living room and the balcony you have a beautiful view on the Altenberg. The large garden overlooks the village and the surrounding vineyards and is great for all sorts of activities. Enjoy a meal from the grill, relax in the hammock between the apple trees and at the end of the day watch the sunset with a cool Riesling wine. The Riesling-grapes grow right behind the garden gate.

Bus connection to the university in the immediate vicinity, as well as three supermarkets and a cafe.

This idyllic place is an invitation for everyone looking for peace and relaxation. But also for those who want to explore a scenic region from a quiet vacation spot.

The apartment has a separate entrance, a living room with kitchen and dining area, a bedroom, a bathroom with shower and toilet as well as central heating everywhere. From the apartment you can directly access the sunny southwest terrace with garden furniture. A private parking space is reserved for you. A storage space for bicycles is available. No pets allowed.

A private car parking space is located directly in front of the house. The small daylight bath is equipped with a shower, toilet and sink.
