This is such a cute place. I felt very comfortable and would stay here again. Not far from the beach or Beziers. We went to both while there. Valras-Plage is a super nice beach with lots of sand! Very helpful, responsive host!

Ideal location, private parking to leave the car safely. Shops and seafront almost at the foot of the building. We had a great stay at Florian and Estefania's. The apartment is beautiful and tastefully decorated. The residence is very quiet and everything is within walking distance, beaches and shops. There is enough to cook and a beautiful terrace for relaxing evenings. We will keep this address for our weekends at the seaside.

A perfect stay from start to finish! The apartment is conveniently located, with a very convenient parking space: once the car is installed, everything is done on foot. The view is breathtaking, you can't get enough of it, day or night! The place is perfect for relaxing for a weekend or longer. The host is super responsive, very pleasant and really concerned about our well-being. He shared lots of good places with us, especially to eat well and enjoy the stay. Conveniently located apartment with full views of the harbor in the setting sun with a terrace large enough for 4. Shops nearby, beaches and dock centers a few meters away. Over-equipped kitchen, comfortable appliances to have a good stay. Comfortable bedding, bathroom and shower with beautiful space. a lot of storage for 4 people. I booked this apartment for my 80-year-old parents. Everything was perfect, the welcome and good humor of Myriam, the magnificent view from the large terrace, the nearby beach, the swimming pool, the walks either by the sea or in the center of Sète just 20 minutes' walk away and the shops of the corniche 5 minutes away. We had a very good weekend. Apartment very well located close to the city center and FISE with underground parking, air conditioning in the living room and bedroom.

A good place to get away, even for an evening! I was working in Montpellier and I felt like I was on vacation. The beach 2 steps away with good swimming allowed me to disconnect and enjoy an evening with my partner. The center of the village is a 10-minute walk, we didn't even use the car. Bliss!

We enjoyed the stay. Everything was as described and the instructions were very clear. In addition, the owner is very responsive and professional. The apartment is in very good condition and the decor is neat. The amenities are functional. The only downside is that the GPS did not quite lead us to the residence so we drove around a bit to find it because it is a little off the road.
