Holiday rentals with beach access in Herceg Novi

Nenad was very helpful and gave me lifts to and from the bus station, which was extremely helpful as I had lots of luggage! The apartment is gorgeous, and the view from the balcony is stunning. Everything was very clean and I had all I needed. I loved swimming in the sea which was incredibly close and watching all the bats at dusk. There are a lot of steps in the town and to the apartment which was okay for me but if you have mobility issues not recommended. I’m keen to come back with friends as I really enjoyed my time, and also loved visiting the monastery, old town, and Spanish fortress (steep climb but amazing views and very interesting ruins). Definitely recommended!

Beautiful home, perfect location, and wonderful hosts! You feel like you're living in a movie set this home is so gorgeous. Sparkling clean, beautifully furnished and an amazing terrace with a hot tub that sits directly on the bay. You can relax, watch the boats (including cruise ships) make their way through the bay. If you leave the curtains open at night, you can wake to a beautiful view from the large king bed. Kitchen is well equipped and the place is every bit as beautiful as the pictures. The location is great. Just a few steps to the ferry (free for walkers) and you can be on the other side of the bay in 10 minutes. You can easily access everything from this lovely village (Tivat, Kotor, Prerast, Herceg Novi, Porto Novi and Budva) by bus. Finally, our hosts were the best we've ever had. They really went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and fun. We hadn't planned to come back but might now just to stay there and see them again. HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION!

Excellent accommodation near the beach. The apartment is even better than we expected, it is quite large and has everything you need for life. There is a shop nearby, which is very convenient. The hostess Nina was very kind and hospitable and helped us with any of our requests. We will definitely come back here again. Thank you for your hospitality

We had such an amazing time at Zeljko's house. He is an amazing host, was very reliant and took great care of us. The house is very beautiful and quiet, with a great view and even access to a garden. We couldn't have found a better place in Montenegro.

Ronduit great! Tastefully decorated, the clearest water in the world, air conditioning in the bedroom came in handy, perfect location, delicious fresh bakery around the corner, department store within walking distance, use of the subs possible,…. Highly recommended!!

Great stay ! We loved our time at Nensi's. She was very helpful and friendly. The apartment had all the amenities that any traveller could ask for and more ! We loved the luxury of having a washing machine, Nespresso machine and a cosy living space after a long time on the road. Added bonus of having a private parking space for the car and also that it's a super short 5 minutes walk to the old town. There is a shopping mall nearby should you need anything from the supermarket or pharmacy. The common terrace just off the living room was heavenly and perfect for breakfast before exploring the town.. Would recommend to everyone from a couple to a family for a stay. And we will be back again Nensi!!

It was the perfect place to relax in the evenings — sitting on the balcony and enjoying the night view of the city and the sea was truly special. Elena's place is outstanding! Located on the waterfront in Lepetani it has a fabulous view and just a stone's throw from the ferry to Kamenari. The house/apartment itself is fabulous, super-modern, furnished impeccably, with all the amenities you might need, and squeaky clean. The location was great because you get to feel like you are in a small village but within a few minutes drive you can be in downtown Tivat. It's also fun to take the ferry (free for pedestrians) over to Kamenari (a 6-minute crossing) and try out the restaurants on the other side. Elena is probably the best host I have met through AirBnb. She is super friendly, very, very responsive, very accommodating, and had a TON of suggestions for what to see, where to eat, etc. We loved staying at Elena's place and miss it already. All-in-all a five-star stay!

I had an amazing stay! The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, greeted me with a hug and showed me around the whole apartment (they even let me borrow a travel adapter for my stay since I’d lost mine). The place itself is in a beautiful quiet location only a few minutes walk from the town and the pool is amazing! Would come back again for sure.

it's a very nice place, large enough for 2 people. It's in the old town but close to bus station. The bedroom has the view of the old city wall and the harbor, which is very nice. the bathroom equipped with wash machine, although has no dryer, the heated towel rack does the job.

Perfect. A little far from Kotor on foot. But we had the car. A little off-road, but then it's perfect. The apartment is great. Thank you.

Beautiful views, and a very clean and spacious apartment. Alex was great with communicating and provided detailed and clear institutions on the location. The apartment complex can be a little confusing with the numbers so the instructions were really appreciated. The view from the apartment is just incredible, be mindful that you are up high (hence the view) so lots of steps and on a hill, I wouldn't recommend for someone who struggles with lots of walking. The apartment has great air conditioning, really comfy beds, and just felt like home from home. The pool was a welcomed additional as the weather so really warm, nice pool area and again great views. We would definitely stay again. thanks

Absolutely stunning BnB. The apartment was well equipped with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Location was also 10/10 with some delicious food right downstairs. Hosts had very clear communication and they also answered any questions we had about Kotor. Absolutely worth every penny paid, and I would suggest that you go for this place if you’re thinking about it!
