House holiday rentals in Herceg Novi

The villa was lovely, clean and tidy, ideal for what we needed. Pool was small but great for cooling down in the hot sun. Balconies for each room meant that everyone had a space to enjoy the sun privately. Linen was provided but there needed to be hooks or rails in the bathrooms to hang towels on. Altogether a great place to stay if you wanted to use it as a base to explore Montenegro, which is what we did. Thank you!

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Markos Vater empfangen. Ein sehr lieber und netter Mann. Die Unterkunft liegt in ruhiger Umgebung und dennoch ist alles (Supermarkt, Restaurants, Kotor) super zu erreichen (wenige Minuten). Für einen Kurztrip ist alles was man benötigt vorhanden.

I booked the house for my parents and their friends, à group of five. The house is big and comfort, have everything may need during the stay. It is in a relatively more quiet area but you may easy access to popular spots with less than 30 min drive. There is also ferry access allows you to get to Budva and Tivat easier. It’s a good stay to explore Montenegro

Un séjour parfait dans un cadre très sympathique ! Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable dans cette magnifique maison. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par notre hôte, qui s’est montré très disponible et attentionné tout au long de notre séjour. La maison est conforme aux photos, propre et très fonctionnelle (four, barbecue, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle). Le quartier est calme et reposant, parfait pour des vacances en toute tranquillité. La proximité des commerces (en voiture) et d’Herceg Novi est un plus. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine et la terrasse, idéales pour se détendre après une journée de découverte. Je recommande vivement cette location à tous ceux qui cherchent un lieu paisible et accueillant pour leurs vacances. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter lors d’un éventuel retour au Monténégro !

Wir haben die Zeit bei Dusan und Nelly sehr genossen. Sie sind sehr herzliche und aufgeschlossene Gastgeber! Beide waren immer ansprechbar und haben uns gute Tipps für Aktivitäten in der Umgebung gegeben. Eine besondere Überraschung war der Geburtstagskuchen für unsere Mädels. Die Einrichtung des Apartments ist neu, durchdacht und hochwertig. Sehr hilfreich waren die Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse war ebenfalls Traum! Und der Pool wurde von den Mädels sehr intensiv genutzt. Durch die liebevolle und persönliche Gestaltung haben wir uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt.

We booked the villa for our friends hen party weekend. Ana is the perfect host and the villa is absolutely stunning - the location is easily accessible by Uber at all hours but you may want a car for easy access to local supermarkets (less than 5 mins drive). The view is amazing and the villa has everything you could need and has a real authentic but luxury feel - Ana was always available for any questions, gave us amazing recommendations and we are so so grateful to have found this villa! Would not hesitate to recommend booking! Ana, you’re the best!

Both the house and the host were excellent. The house is just a short walk to the old town of Kotor - and it's actually much nicer to be away from the crowds in this lovely house with pool, terraces and beautiful gardens ...as well as the view of the mountains and old town. Aleksandra and Andrika (her son) were ideal hoss. Very communicative and responsive. Gave some great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. If you can book this place - do.

A great deal, well worth it! This place is right on the water and just gorgeous. My friends and I got to swim and use the kayaks, along with play ping pong in the courtyard. The apartment is perfectly simple, quiet, and peaceful along the water. My only note is that it is a bit hard to find and I wish the instructions to get to the house were a bit more clear because we had trouble finding it at first. Otherwise, loved it and would come back! Marko's dad is extremely sweet too

We had a great time in this country house. Everything was comfortable, pleasant to use, very clean, interesting interior inside and outside the house. Very comfortable beds. All equipment for a long stay. The garden is beautiful and you can really relax. After the noisy coast with lots of tourists, there is a charming peace and quiet here. There is only one family and a cow in the neighborhood. To be honest, sometimes there is a corresponding smell, but it did not spoil our vacation at all. Thanks to Perat for detailed and useful instructions. We went hiking to the Saint Prince Lazar Church, it was quite difficult, but there is a really beautiful view. Thanks to the owners of the house. We would like to return to this amazing place.

Trotz verspäteter Ankunft war Biljana noch vor Ort und hat auf uns gewartet. TipTop saubere und gepflegte Wohnung mit schönem Blick vom Balkon. Restaurants und der Hafen selbst sind zu Fuß super erreichbar. Vielen Dank! Gerne Wieder!

Mi esposo y yo nos alojamos aquí durante dos meses completos. Durante este tiempo pudimos trabajar desde casa y disfrutar del mar y de Molunat cada día. También aprovechamos para conocer la región de Konavle, Dubrovnik, la costa de Montenegro y la ciudad de Mostar, en Bosnia. La casa estaba muy limpia, es cómoda y está bien equipada, lo que resulta especialmente conveniente para estadías largas como la nuestra. Además los anfitriones son muy amables y están pendientes de cualquier necesidad. En el pueblo hay un pequeño mercado para las compras diarias y en la ciudad de Grouda, a veinte minutos en auto, hay más opciones. Aunque hay tres autobuses diarios hacia Dubrovnik, creo que es importante tener movilidad propia. Recomiendo este lugar a cualquiera que disfrute de la tranquilidad y el contacto con la naturaleza. Para nosotros ha sido un verdadero placer vivir y trabajar frente al mar durante estos meses. ¡Gracias por todo Helen y Maximilian!

We loved the house and the amazing views with superb sunsets. The beaches were a short 5 minute walk from the house and not crowded. A car is absolutely essential as the nearest bars and restaurants are a minimum of 15 minutes drive away. Kotor, Tivat and Budva are within 45 to 1 hour drive. We loved Kotor , well worth a visit. A small shop is also 15 minutes drive. The supermarkets by Tivat Airport are the closest big shops. The roads from Lustica Bay to Veslo are narrow and winding. Typical mountain roads. Be prepared to stop and creep past oncoming traffic. The local drivers are patient and pull off the road if it is easier from their direction. Ivana, the hostess was helpful when needed and arranged a plumbing repair quickly. Ivana also gave us good advice when we were " adopted" by a local stray dog ( who was so cute and very well behaved) He moved on after 3 days. We had a wonderful holiday and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to any adventurous people who don't need city life.

beautiful place, with overlooking views its spotless and the host have welcomed us when we arrived explaining everything inside the room, gave us recommendation for tours and etc. Extremely helpful. The only downside is its high up the hill so if you are not active going up and down the hill is a challenge. Otherwise it is a great place its 20mins walk from the old town.

Vielen Dank für die freundliche und schnelle Hilfe in jeder Lage. Jelena und Nikola haben es geschafft, dass unser Urlaub trotz verspäteter Ankunft und persönlicher Startschwierigkeiten ein Highlight wurde. Die beiden sind super nett und freundlich ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Die Bootsfahrt mit Nikola war super! Das Haus liegt in einem netten Fischerdorf, das Meer direkt vor der Tür. Fähre und Straße hört man, haben uns aber nicht gestört. Die Fähre ist Zufluss umsonst, dass haben wir zum einkaufen und für Restaurant Besuche genutzt. Vielen Dank für den tollen. Aufenthalt! Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux moment en famille dans le logement d aneta et zorica. La vue est magnifique et le logement vraiment très confortable ! Aneta et Zorica avaient décoré l appartement pour l anniversaire de notre fille, c'était vraiment une très belle attention !je recommande a 100%!il y a beaucoup de site a visiter a 20 minutes de l appartement, l emplacement est idéal !merci beaucoup.

We had a wonderful stay here as a group of 5 adults. The beach is so close so it was great to have a dip in the water each morning. The marina is beautiful & full of great restaurants & bars. It’s a lovely walk along the seafront. Would definitely recommend this place to stay, fantastic location & hosts.

Fantastiskt boende, ännu bättre än vad bilderna visar. Terrassen kan man njuta av hela dagen och på kvällen se när solen går ner bakom bergen. Beba var dessutom den bästa värd vi haft, hjälpte alltid till, körde oss från flygplatsen och hjälpte oss att tvätta våra kläder.

Fantastic stay with one of the best hot tubs in terms of quality of the hot tub itself and the beautiful views from sitting within it. Comfortable bed. The walk into town is easier than the walk back, but there are plenty of taxis. The home is really well equipped with everything you need, including washing detergent for the washing machine, and the beer and wine were gratefully received too (thank you). The garden was a peaceful place to have a drink, a relax, and read a book. The outside table wasa great place to have an Al fresco meal. Communication with our host, Snezana, was good and helpful. If I come back to Tivat I will look to stay here again.

Everything was excellent and very nice. Clean and spacious apartment with great views, perfect for our family with three kids and a dog. Golub and his parents were most helpful and friendly – and did everything to keep us happy and warm in the winter. Will definitely come again and recommend to our friends.

Nous avons passé une semaine incroyable dans l’appartement d’Ivona. L’appartement était impeccable, il y une vue incroyable, c’est très paisible. Tout est propre, le logement est pratique et il y a tous les éléments de première nécessité. Ivona nous a fait des recommandations que nous avons suivi et nous n’avons jamais été déçu. Elle est très réactive, toujours disponible et porte un grand intérêt au bien être de ces invités. Je recommande fortement !

Très bon séjour chez Marko ! Endroit tranquille, accès au port en moins de 10 minutes à pied. Calme, paisible. L’hôte ainsi que sa famille ont été très accueillants et gentils avec nous, on pouvait compter sur eux si nous avions besoin de quoi que ce soit. L’hôte a même accepté d’annuler notre dernière nuit pour que je puisse aller fêter mon anniversaire dans un hôtel ! Très agréable, j’ai apprécié, je recommande.

This apartment was beautiful and the view was absolutely stunning! My entire group agreed that it was our favorite view from any place we've ever stayed. Some little things I really appreciated: there was a shelf unit near the door to store the random bags that we use daily, and an area upstairs dedicated to getting ready where there was enough room to store suitcases. It was also very helpful to have two full bathrooms. The host, Dusanka, was always helpful and responded quickly. Kotor is close by and easy to get to if the traffic isn't bad. It's worth noting that the traffic in front of the building is very fast by anyone's standards. If you have small children, take extra care. It wouldn't keep me from staying here again, though! I didn’t want to leave, and I would highly recommend this place!

We had a really great stay here, it is a long way out from Kotor, but we like that, it was quite no noise. The night sky was awesome. Close to the sea was great to jump into from the ponta. (We did this every day) Also was nice to see the cruise ships coming out of Kotor in the distance. The place is homely, a little bit dated, but a proper Montenegro home which we liked. The added addition to having the local cats come to visit morning and evening was so good. We counted at least 10 + cats and kittens. Overall a great quiet place to stay.
