Four stars by Ministry of Sustainable Development and Tourism. Apartment at great location seaside by promenade, partial sea-view and a reasonable price. Beach, restaurants, coffee bars, shops all around. City marina and Old town 3-5 minutes walk. All kind services and activities can be provided, such as transfers, shore tours, excursions, hiking, biking, speed boat trips... I want this place to be as best as possible. Just a minute from the main square, popular cafes, shops, bars and art galleries. Comfortable bed and picturesque views from every window. Beaches, Skver and the promenade are in 6 minute walk, main bus stop is in 5 minute walk. The apartment is warm and sunny, so you can enjoy Herceg Novi even in winter time.

It is an apartment within the private house which has a beautiful terrace with great sea view... It is 300 meters away from the sea coast, downhill. It is in the quite neighbourhood, close to the city center, restaurant and shops and local transport. Nenad was very helpful and gave me lifts to and from the bus station, which was extremely helpful as I had lots of luggage! The apartment is gorgeous, and the view from the balcony is stunning. Everything was very clean and I had all I needed. I loved swimming in the sea which was incredibly close and watching all the bats at dusk. There are a lot of steps in the town and to the apartment which was okay for me but if you have mobility issues not recommended. I’m keen to come back with friends as I really enjoyed my time, and also loved visiting the monastery, old town, and Spanish fortress (steep climb but amazing views and very interesting ruins). Definitely recommended!

This place is set in a stunning location right in the heart of the old town. It offers beautiful views of Kotor Bay and the sea on one side, and the old city and church on the other. It’s an ideal spot for younger visitors due to its vibrant surroundings and local events. Quiet hours are from midnight to 7 am, and on weekends from 1 am to 7 am. I personally enjoyed the church bells, but I understand they might be a bit disruptive for some. I found the quiet hours ample for rest, especially as I like to take an afternoon nap when it's hot and everyone is at the beach. The accommodation is cozy, clean, and practical, with breathtaking views. Highly recommend! Tnx Nina

This is a very good apartment in Herceg-Novi. It has a fabulous view over to the sea and the balcony is lovely . The hosts let us check in early and leave a little later which was really helpful. There are steps up to the apartment (and through all of Herceg-Novi). While we were there there was a power cut in the town and repairs to the water mains which was inconvenient, but none of that was the fault of the hosts. The apartment is well equipped and clearly a home.

We absolutely loved our stay in Herceg Novi. Nikola met us when we arrived and gave us a thorough orientation to the place, as well as provided us with some excellent recommendations for places to eat. The parking in the underground garage is invaluable; Herceg Novi is a tight and steep town and you're going to be on foot to see it. The balcony was wonderful and a great place to have a morning espresso and watch the bay. The bedroom was comfortable and the bathroom was great with plenty of hot water. The promenade is just a five minute walk down the stairs, and there's a handy market just a few minutes up. We would definitely stay here again!
