Tawny Owl Barn

Tawny Owl Barn is a 200-year-old, grade 2 listed, tastefully converted barn in the village of Leintwardine. A large garden is available for our guests which has a wildlife pond and waterfall and another barn with an open fire available for sitting around. Rooms are spacious, well furnished, and well-equipped. There is a large kitchen/diner and lounge plus two bedrooms with en-suites. A large lounge settee can also be used as a double bed. There are two pubs and shop within walking distance.

The Stables and Hayloft

Welcome to the Stables and Hayloft, overlooking the Hop Kilns gardens and duck pond and beautiful Herefordshire countryside. The self-catering accommodation consists of a (super king size) bedroom and spacious luxurious bathroom, an open plan, fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area with bifold doors opening onto the south facing balcony with rural views. Netflix, wifi, parking with EV charging. Sorry no pets, no smoking anywhere on the premises, no additional visitors or guests.

The Haystore is a self-contained annexe to our listed Barn. It is approached down a country lane through our lovely neighbours' farm. The Haystore has been fully refurbished to provide gorgeous accommodation with direct access onto National Trust parkland and the Wye Valley AONB. Within walking distance is a farm shop, and a little further two award winning pubs. Ross-on-Wye, Symonds Yat and the Black Mountains are a short drive making us an ideal base to explore the wider area.

Spring Farm’s authentic railway carriage is set in a secluded orchard with stunning panoramic views down the whole length of the Bryn Awr valley to the Brecon Beacons. The open plan living space comprises of a Kitchen with full amenities, a sitting room, with a comfy sofa and a log burner. The bedroom has a very comfy King Size bed and a TV. The bathroom boasts a large shower and a double-ended roll top slipper bath. Outside is a large decking area with your own personal Hot Tub to relax in after taking on some of the many walks in the areas.

The Granary, Sleeps 4+ Luxurious Barn conversion.

The Granary at The Barns at Friars Court was originally used to grind corn and milk cows, it has now been converted to a high standard boasting high vaulted ceilings with original beams. It is a reverse living barn with the spacious open-plan kitchen/diner and living room upstairs making the most of the views. Nestled in stunning Wye Valley countryside. Its just 7 miles from the M50 with the historic Market towns of Ledbury and Ross on Wye a short drive away.

Ideally situated for visits to historic towns of Ledbury, Ross On Wye and the Wye Valley, Leominster and Ludlow, the Malvern Hills just a stones throw away!

The Orchard Barn at Old Court Farm. Our country hideaway has been lovingly brought to life from its humble beginnings as a Old cider barn. Designed and built here on the farm, this modern conversion brings a luxurious ‘interior feel’ surrounded by never-ending oak beams with views over looking the apple orchards. With 70 acres of near by orchards for you and your pets to ‘roam freely’ it’s a true feeling of the very beautiful English countryside.
