Great find! Felt like a kid again. It was a real adventure staying here.Felt so cozy and well designed.Lots to do in Nailsworth and the surrounding area.Dave was very helpful and looked after us well.Thankyou for making us so welcome.

The property was perfect, the pictures are lovely and they reflect the quality. The property once there is outstanding and very peaceful. It’s one of those hidden Gem AirBnBs, we loved the stay and will hopefully return.

We really enjoyed our stay and loved how peaceful it was. The welcome gifts from Joy were great, and she provided us with vegan goodies which was much appreciated. Lots of helpful info provided (like using the hot tub etc) which helped ease us in and feel at home!

We had a very relaxing stay, whilst there was a variety of restaurants nearby and beautiful scenery we chose to stay in most of the time in the cosy loft. A great nook to binge movies and play games with friends by the fire. Lovely hosts and pictures provided of the propery are very accurate. 100% recommend for a chill weekend and 100% stay again.

The place is just perfect for us. It is in the middle of nowhere, with amazing views out to sea and surrounded by open, rolling fields and woodland, full of wildlife. The hosts have done a great job and and are lovely people to deal with. The place has everything a couple could need for a break. It is all good quality and very much to our liking. There were lots of nice touches, such as a freshly baked cake and local fresh milk together with tea and coffee. The fresh flowers and a birthday card for my wife, made her day! We are planning our next visit already!

From the moment we arrived we knew we had made the right choice. The location and view is fantastic, we felt so at peace. Internally the property is well equipped and of the highest standard and very clean throughout. The deck in the evening, glass of wine and just listening to the birdsong, so very peaceful. Lots of electric outlets so no need for extension leads and a dimmable lighting system thats like a 70s disco until you get the hang of it 😄. I cannor fault Jeannie, or the property, well worth the cost. Such a lovely place. Thank you Jeannie for making our 20th wedding anniversary one to remember. David and Julie.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. We really appreciated the little touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The jacuzzi was lovely! The hosts were great at providing us with all the information we needed for a stress free check in/out and a perfect stay. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a mini break. Peacocks were a lovely surprise seeing them walk around the estate. Thanks again! Amazing little place, on arrival, Nicky had already made checkin super easy and we had a very comfortable stay. Could not fault at all.

What an absolutely perfect stay we had i honestly cannot recommend enough! I could not get over the views, the most peaceful, beautiful place. The cows really made our stay we watched them for hours. Sue was lovely and greeted us on our stay then left us to get on with our holiday only ever a message away. The place was so very well equipped with quite literally everything you could need, we really appreciated the special touches - coffee, tea, milk, local cider! Lovely little pub with great food just five minutes away, and a beautiful beach a short drive away too. we even visited the donkey sanctuary which was a very cute day out. I booked this stay for my husband's 70th birthday with our family. There was 10 in total. The greeting was lovely and David explained everything about his property with passion and warmth. Im not surprised the place has the 'wow' factor for myself and family. The converted narn had beautiful features very pretty but David has introduced some great electric blinds, lighting, modern kitchen but fits with the period property. Fab tennis court, David provided balls and bats for guests to to use. David then took us to the pool area and extra bedroom and we were blown away. Thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay. Lovely towels at pool and bedrooms. Plenty of hot water. Pool warm, jacuzzi great. We absolutely loved our time at Davids property. Would defo recommend. Top class.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming and homely barn. Everything was spotless, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully prepared. The space was not only clean but also incredibly comfortable, with cozy furnishings and all the amenities we needed for a relaxing break. The attention to detail made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into maintaining the property, and we truly appreciated the warm and welcoming atmosphere. We would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-kept retreat.

This was our second stay in Sarnau and we enjoyed our four nights as much as our first visit. The property is just lovely. In a beautiful location. Peaceful but easy to get to places. It’s extremely well equipped and spotlessly clean and with fabulous hosts where nothing is too much trouble. We find it a great location to do lots in the area and this time we visited the coast twice which is less than an hour away. Highly recommend and we hope to be back.

What an amazing stay! It was everything we were hoping for and more. The cottage had everything we needed and also some nice personal touches too. It was so relaxing sitting in the hot tub, listening and watching the birds . The weather was a little unsettled for us but not a problem, as we could sit in the summer house, and look out at the lovely view and our neighbours the sheep! Claire was very responsive with messaging and will look forward to visiting again soon. 🙂

We had a wonderful stay at The Barn to celebrate two special family birthdays. It was even better than the photos, which is not always the case, and provided an extremely comfortable and open space to relax in, and great outdoor area. It definitely had the 'wow factor' for us and we couldn't believe our luck when we arrived. Really nicely furnished and a very well equipped kitchen, along with three immaculate bedrooms and bathrooms. Having a separate TV room was a bonus and made made the main area much more sociable. Charlie and Ali were friendly and helpful during our stay. We all had a great time, and so did Wilf (the dog), and can absolutely recommend staying here. We would love to visit again at some point in the future. Thanks very much for a happy and memorable stay.

Hi Stan and Judy, it was an absolute pleasure to return to your lovely annexe having stayed there about 6 months ago. It was so comfortable and homely, you made us feel so welcome. It was lovely to be able to share your beautiful garden and discover the history of your house. The accommodation is perfectly suited for couples seeking a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle. It’s a lovely setting with a thoughtfully designed space, making it a truly enjoyable place to stay.

Had the most relaxing stay at The Pigsty..The sauna was perfect especially after our walk up to the mountain summit. Cosy cinema nights which is a great addition to the Pigsty. Fresh baked bread from Toby for us in the morning…Was so tasty! Surroundings were kept incredible,absolutely spotless. What topped our stay was meeting Tilly & Nugget…going down to the lake with them (Thankyou Tilly for showing us the way ☺️) Much needed perfect stay away.Would highly recommend! Perfect private piece of heaven in North Wales ideal for couples looking to get away for a few nights. June is an excellent host; very warm, welcoming and cool. She introduced us to the property and herself and then left us to ourselves. June lives in the property next door and offered to provide any assistance if we needed it but also respected our privacy and only came onto the property once a day to check the hot tub (always when we were out). As a gay couple June felt safe and welcoming as a host. The building is a converted barn with lots of original features but was modern, clean and warm. The views from the private back garden are spectacular. Sitting in the hot tub at night under the stars was a highlight. Nebo is a quiet and peaceful part of the world to slow down in. Cannot recommend this property enough and will definitely visit again when we need some time away from the rat race. Bravo June!

We had a wonderful stay at the Old Dairy to celebrate a special 40th birthday and it exceeded all our expectations. Miranda was a fantastic host, went above and beyond with local recommendations and clear instructions, and the flexible checkout was a much-appreciated bonus! The Old Dairy is a stunning property with lots of great touches and is finished to a high standard - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. We also very much enjoyed the daily visit from the 2 lovable labradors!

My advice to anyone looking to book this place is to get on and do it. The pictures don’t do it justice. The property is unbelievable. If you like waking up to the sound of birds and having loads of places to walk then this place is for you. Just when I thought it couldn’t get any better, I met Ann and her husband Chris who were both so helpful and nice to talk to. I’m so gutted the trip ended as is my girlfriend and two dogs, who are shattered from the stunning coastal walks. I can guarantee I will return!

Absolutely gorgeous place to stay - incredible views and the space was bigger than it looked in the photos. We were greeted be lovely Vicki and the super friendly pup Rhubarb, it was the perfect start to our visit! Thank you for the delicious freshly baked cake, bread and jam, it was such a kind, personal touch. Thoroughly recommend making the effort to book well in advance for a table at Loch Bay, and the Stein Inn also has delicious food. We’d love to return!

Absolutely perfect page to stay with friends. We celebrated a chilled weekend in here and it was amazing. Couldn’t recommend this place more if it tried, definitely worth a visit. We will most definitely be returning again. Thank you for hosting us
