Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Héricy

A really charming and very functional apartment with views of the rooftops of Avon. Peaceful neighborhood and close to many small shops, very close to Fontainebleau. We came for an event at the Grand Parquet, which is 5 minutes away by car. We'll be happy to go back!

We had a good stay. The apartment is really great as well as the view. We will come back without hesitation.

The accommodation is spacious, clean and well located. Check-in instructions were clear and accurate, making it easy for us to settle in.

Oli has been a perfect host for our vacation. The studio is very bright with a lot of light coming from the windows. The position is close to the forests for climbing and hiking; the city centre is reachable walking. The accommodation had all we needed. The host was very helpful and he manage quickly to solve a small misunderstanding regarding the check-in. I warmly recommend it!

Great apartment. Once we got to the third and top floor, we found a quiet, completely new apartment with all the amenities. The location is privileged for all amenities, for shops, for the market, restaurants. Very close to the castle. We lived in the apartment for 10 days. The apartment was well equipped, there was everything we needed and, as always, we found cleaning products, bath soaps, coffee capsules and other necessary kitchen items (paper, salt, spices, oil and other condiments). We felt right at home. Absolutely recommended. We'll be back soon.

Incredible stay. The apartment is updated, beautiful and spacious. The grounds are very peaceful and maintained. The location is right across the street from the chateau, can’t beat it. Charles and Melis were wonderful to interact with and even went the extra mile by kindly offering to help us navigate the local real estate market. Highly recommend!

Kevin was a great host. We very much enjoyed our one night stay in Fontainebleau. We really wished we could have stayed longer. Our host was very prompt with responses. I will say 2 things to know in advance: 1 if it's too cold let Kevin know he can turn the heaters up, I didn't do this because I didn't know so we were pretty cold but it was manageable. And 2, if you are a light sleeper like I am bring ear buds to cancel out the sound. I always have problems sleeping with noises so I always carry my ear buds with me, and I had no problem falling asleep. It was a magnificent apartment, and if we ever returned we will definitely try to book Kevin's ppace again. Thank you!

We had a great time. Accommodation faithful to the description, close to the forest of Fontainebleau and shops. The apartment is tastefully decorated, and the services are of quality (bedding, shower, appliances...). Thanks to David for the welcome and recommendations. We'll be happy to go back!

The house and setting is beautiful. Excellent bedding. It was really great. The only small downside is that there were no photos of the outdoor staircase to access the house. The person accompanying me is prone to dizziness and had difficulty descending due to the void and lack of a ramp. The same goes for small children... there is still a risk that they will fall by accident...

We stayed 4 nights at Julien's house and it was perfect for our needs. We could combine nature hikes with historical Chateaux all from one place and Barbizon itself is a charming location. The accommodation was spotless and had everything we needed for an excellent stay.

We had a lovely stay at Pierre’s house. He greeted us warmly personally and made sure, that all questions are answered. Everything was there as described and he gave us instructions how to use everything. The location is always perfect, close to the forest, groceries and bakery in walking distance. We enjoyed very second and we would love to visit again next year. Thank you Pierre for being such a welcoming and warm host!

An impeccable house, suitable for groups with a super equipped kitchen, good bedding, perfectly clean Christelle is a responsive, super welcoming and very friendly host! Had a lovely 3 night stay in a very private, well equipped house. Very secure garden for our two dogs. kitchen had everything you needed and plenty of outside seating to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Didier was very responsive to any questions that we had. Perfect. Thanks

The perfect spot to stay if you're in the area for some bouldering! We had everything we needed for a really easy stay. Great communication before and during our stay. The flat is really close to the Halle and the local bakeries. It's really close to bouldering spots, and we appreciated the additional two crash pads that were provided. Would recommend and would definitely stay again!

An ideal apartment for a group stay. The accommodation is clean, spacious, well furnished and you will certainly enjoy the balcony. The train station right next door and the shopping center opposite make this Airbnb a very good choice in every way! Validated for my part ✅

Between two houses, I lived for 2 months with Lénaïk and Jean-Luc, in a neighborhood that I know well. The studio is perfectly equipped, very well located, within walking distance of the RER and the center while being quiet. Very pleasant to live in, a real little cocoon, so much so that I had a hard time leaving it. The hosts are lovely. Being able to park your vehicle in the courtyard is an undeniable plus. Thanks!!!

Lovely flat - we really liked the outdoor area. There was an issue we identified with one of the shutters on arrival but it was fixed promptly. We would be very happy to stay here again.

The location of the accommodation is ideal (2 min walk from the train station) and really nothing to say about the cleanliness.

I spent a month and a half in the accommodation for professional reasons. Everything was as advertised, clean, pleasant, if I have the opportunity to come back to the area, I will gladly return to the accommodation.

We had a great time! Chris, the owner, is very kind, always attentive, caring and gives very good advice for discovering the region. The apartment is spacious, very well equipped, and the jacuzzi is a real plus for relaxing. The accommodation is located in a quiet location, perfect for resting.
