This is a complete 2nd floor mother-in-law suite with a private entrance, kitchenette and off street parking for multiple cars with it's own heating and AC. The home was completed in 2015 and features recycled cork floors, a 15x15 master bedroom with a large living space. It is located 1.5 miles from downtown and in a quiet area within walking distance to many parks. There is no additional cleaning fee. The little 1939 house is only 2 blocks from the busy Round Up grounds, so no need to worry about parking. The cozy ambiance of the house is wonderful and the outdoor garden is a relaxing place for a cup of coffee. Great for bridal parties, business travel and families. On a busy street, but she’s away from the road. I accommodate guests with allergy disabilities. NO pets. Basement is NOT occupied! NO extra guests.

Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals.
