Situated on a quiet road in Tankerton, a five-minute walk from local amenities; including wonderful tapas restaurants, coffee shops, the famous slopes and the beach. It's a 17-minute walk to Whitstable Harbour and the bustling Harbour Street. The station is a 13 minute walk with a direct line to London.

The old school house by the sea

Spacious two bedroom, two bathroom ground floor flat in an old Victorian schoolhouse with beautiful large bright rooms and fully fitted kitchen. Close to the seafront with safe, stony beach that is perfect for sunning or swimming. Whitstable harbour is only a short walk along the seafront or there is an easy bus ride to historic Canterbury with a bus stop along the road. Whitstable is a beautiful town with lots of independent shops/cafes. Fantastic for art and creativity, I am a potter myself.

Beautifully renovated, Cuckoo Down Cottage is a bright, open plan cosy but perfectly formed detached bungalow. Boasting a kingsize bed, a smart TV, wifi, a Nespresso coffee machine, wood burning stove and off street parking for medium size car. Located in the heart of Whitstable within an easy 5-10 mins stroll of the beach, harbour, town and train station. There is also a lovely sunny enclosed garden, patio area with seating and BBQ. Perfect in summer with a safe swimming beach meters away and in winter the pleasure of of sea mist, migrating birds and walks on the shore and marshes. Afternoons with a book in front of the fire.
