Newly renovated bright apartment on the ground floor in a detached house in Lysbro, 3 km from the center of Silkeborg. There is access to the garden, terraces and pavilion, views of Lysbro forest and from our garden there is direct access to Lyså. There is a living room, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with double bed and bathroom. Our home is close to the lake and forest and there are good opportunities for hiking and cycling. You can also use the mountain bike trails in the forests, as well as kayak and paddleboard from the boat bridge in our garden.

There's also a butcher shop, with delicacies and ready-made meals. There is a good playground for both small and older children. Private entrance to apartment on the 1st floor. I live on the ground floor myself and can often help with questions. I can help with toys and things for smaller children. There is a key box. It is NOT possible to bring pets and to smoke indoors

The charming house offers the beautiful nature inside, and is a lovely bright interior, which invites you to a cozy and relaxing vacation. The children can play ball, jump on the trampoline or play in the sandbox. In the garden, there is also the possibility to use our training room with weight stand, dumbbells and rowing machine.

Only 2.5 km to MCH MesseCenter Herning and Jyske Bank Boxen. 200 meters to Netto (with charging stations for electric cars) and bus stop for routes 6 and 11 can be seen from the house. Free parking at the home. I live upstairs in the house with a dog and a cat. Pets may be brought by appointment for a fee of DKK 500 per stay.
