Small courtyard, garden and parking. Upstairs, bedroom with comfortable double bed, open bathroom with walk-in shower and orchard views. Ideal for a couple (or family with young children). Shops and the village center 650 m away are accessible by car or on foot.

The refuge is designed as an autonomous habitat 40 meters set back from a dead end, the swimming pool is reserved for travelers (open from 01.04 to 01.10). Naxhelet golf course is located 7 minutes away by car. Everything is planned for calm, rest and tranquility. Access is private and enjoys a location in the heart of a one hectare property. The accommodation which is air-conditioned (hot and cold). In winter, the wood stove for warm moments.
