This flat is close to public transport and within easy walking distance of the town centre. The street outside is extremely quiet, and this apartment is at the rear of the main building, thus ensuring a truly peaceful stay for our guests. It is ideally oriented towards the southwest, capturing maximum sun, late morning to late evening. It is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. This is not my original studio/loft of earlier times!! Key words: Calm, sunny, modern!!

Quiet neighborhood and apartment (parties and guests prohibited from 10pm to ensure calm for other guests) supermarkets 4 minutes away, the city center 7 minutes by foot. Charmant appartement situé à quelques minutes du centre ville de Liège. Le logement est fonctionnel, bien équipé et chaleureux. J'ai décoré mon appartement avec des meubles chinés et trouvés sur des brocantes. Enfin, je suis disponible pour vous conseiller sur les bonnes adresses de notre ville. Je précise que votre WC - totalement privé - se trouve à quelques marches sur le palier dans la cage de l'escalier (voir commentaires)
