The location of this apartment is wonderful. It is an old village, a little bit looking like in the toscana italy, perfect to relax. the Apartment is actually better than shown on the pictures but the bedroomand the bathroom is on the first floor and the stairs have no protection. therefore this apartment is nothing for people who are a bit unstable on stairs or are a bit wide build.

Well-equipped, clean accommodation in a quiet location with beautiful outdoor/indoor furnishings. Check-in uncomplicated, later check-out possible until 5 pm. Raymond and his wife were super nice and communicative. Definitely recommended!

I cannot say enough to describe how wonderful Anne and Hugo’s cottage was! Everything about it was beautiful. Hugo made a wonderful loaf of bread and yummy jam. And a lemon tiramisu!! If want to have great stay at a beautiful place this is it!

Had a super nice stay at Johann's. He is a top host who is immediately ready for his guests. Everything was tip-top in order. It was very pleasant that small basic amenities were also present in the cottage, this was another worry less to take with you. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay at SERGE's, and he was happy for me to invite my friends for lunch (the accommodation is for two). We were able to enjoy its terrace and in addition he had lent us dishes to host our friends Really great host.

Had a fantastic stay at this place for the second time! Everything is clean and new and very comfortable. The host is fantastic; the batteries of a remote were on and within 10 minutes the owner was on the sidewalk to replace it. The service is great; we will definitely come back here again for the third time!

We were with the whole family for a long weekend in Laurent and Florence's accommodation. It was really perfect. The accommodation is very large, super clean and lovingly furnished. Just as described. The table football and the darts were a great addition to boredom. We felt comfortable and would come back any time.

A nice bright, clean apartment, where you feel right at home. Shopping and train connections directly on site, short distance to Kerkrade/NL. Cilly is a very warm hostess, nice conversations and tips for restaurants in the area.

A very pleasant accommodation, tastefully decorated, with bedding worthy of the most beautiful mornings and an ultra comfortable king size bed (attention, high risk of not wanting to leave😄). The small terrace is a real plus, perfect for a quiet moment between two urban adventures. The location is great: super well served by transportation and great for enjoying nightlife without finishing an expedition. And what about Luna? She is very attentive, ultra responsive and ready to do anything to make the stay perfect. Thanks again, Luna, for your availability and kindness. We'll be back for sure!

The accommodation really is one of the top Airbnb Finds! We immediately fell in love with Paul's Place and can only recommend it to everyone. You have everything you need and the terrace with the cherry tree is an absolute dream at any time of day. First and foremost, our stay got off to a great start with how warmly Ann received us. She took me on a tour of the house, explained all the details well, and shared some tips on what to do, where we could find restaurants, and how to get around Genk. We were impressed with Ann's hospitality and responsiveness to our messages the entire weekend. As a result, our stay was extremely comfortable. The house was even better in person, with many thoughtful touches to make our stay pleasant, tasteful decor, and modern finishes. I highly recommend staying at the apartment, and I am sure you will walk away with the same memorable experience we had.

The apartment consists of three rooms: the living room has a beautiful view but is noisy, the two bedrooms face the courtyard and are quiet. The kitchen is very well equipped. The train station is quite close, the city center a little further but still within walking distance. everything was clean. The owner responds quickly and is friendly. I can recommend this apartment!

Beautiful central accommodation! Downtown is a few minutes' walk away. Still, it's quiet. Mathieu is very friendly and helps if you have a question.
