The floor space is approximately 50 square meters. The room is between 2.2 m in the conservatory and 4.6 m in the dining area. A wooden ladder leads to the sleeping level. The bed is (2 x 1.4) m. Alternatively, a sofa bed can be used on the first floor. The house was completely renovated in 2019. An approx. 35 sqm terrace is included.

There is electricity, Wi-Fi, a TV, a coffee machine (Senseo incl. coffee pods), dishes, a refrigerator, a microwave, a single-burner stove, a fan, a fan heater, a sofa, a bunk bed with 2 mattresses 90 x 200 (but not very high, about 60 cm to the ceiling), and much more. The Elbe and the dike can be reached in 15-20 minutes by car. Here you can expect a real beach and a delicious snack and suitable refreshment is available here in summer.
