Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. You will stay in our cozy apartment with a terrace to the south side and views of our garden. Unser Einfamilienhaus bietet eine perfekte Balance zwischen Privatsphäre und Gastfreundschaft, da wir mit unserer Familie im Erdgeschoss wohnen. Das Grundstück liegt etwas zurück von der Straße, was für ruhige und friedliche Atmosphäre sorgt. U-Bahn U1 oder RB 81. Unser Preis ist inklusive der Tourismus-Tax, sodass du keine zusätzlichen Kosten hast.

Nur zehn Gehminuten vom idyllischen Sumter See entfernt, verbindet es naturnahes Wohnen mit modernem Komfort. Der helle Wohnraum wurde mit natürlichen Materialien gestaltet und große Fenster schaffen eine harmonische Verbindung zur umgebenden Natur, sodass Ihr Euch sofort wie zu Hause fühlt.

The house is functionally and modernly furnished. A large sofa in the living area can be used as an additional sleeping space. Large built-in closets in the bedroom offer plenty of storage space. The kitchen-living room is equipped with an XL fridge-freezer, a washing machine, a cooking/baking combination as well as everything you need for cooking and baking. Coffee maker, kettle and microwave are also available. In the beautiful large garden there is a private seating area.

Our modern apartment, Quartier13, was newly renovated in 2021 and equipped according to the latest standards. This is located on the ground floor and is freely accessible through a separate entrance. The apartment also has a small garden with seating and a grill. The location of the apartment is a quiet street in the middle of a residential area. This has the advantage that the center of Mölln, as well as forest trails and lakes can be reached quickly and easily.

The 36 m² apartment in the former machinist's house of the waterworks offers stylish flair and contemporary comfort. Dear holiday guests! My apartment is on the upper floor of a semi-detached house at the end of a cul-de-sac. It is very quiet and within walking distance you are at Ratzeburger See, Küchensee in the forest, in the city center or at the train station. The bright, friendly apartment can accommodate two adults (with a child if necessary) and has a living room, a double bedroom, a kitchen, a shower room and a separate toilet. Dogs are very welcome.

Upstairs there is a bedroom with two freshly made beds in the same room - so the accommodation is not designed for groups or four adults. A third bed can be provided if needed.
