Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Het Hogeland

The four of us had a wonderful weekend here. The house is located in the quiet De Monnik Park and is equipped with every comfort. Very harmonious in color, bright and comfortable with a separate toilet and new bathroom, the beds are good and the kitchen is nice and functional. All around satisfied, we would like to come back!

Eveline is really a great host, very helpful and accommodating! If you are looking for a simple and quiet accommodation to explore the surrounding area, you can't go wrong here.

We were there with 5 adults and a dog and everything worked out great. And that the bicycles could also be stored in the shed was good. We would definitely book again!

It's a lovely place to stay during your visit to the area. The private parking is quite useful, and the location is close to the national park too! I'd definitely recommend it to anyone visiting!

Our group was completely satisfied with our accommodations. It was very clean, the rooms and the bathrooms were fantastic. The kitchen was well stocked and the coffee was free. We were able to cook most of our meals there, which was really great. The location was very fantastic as well, set as it was in the beautiful Groningen countryside. Helena and Willem were the best, so helpful and friendly! They were very good to us! Definitely recommend this lovely accommodation! Johanna

We stayed in the accommodation for 4 days and were delighted: everything super clean, very nicely furnished, view of the countryside, everything necessary available and above all an extremely friendly and accommodating hostess. Thank you for the wonderful time, we will be happy to come back and would recommend the cottage to anyone.

Great place, very clean and cozy, you felt right at home in the chalet. The location was a bit secluded and you had to drive longer for things to do/shopping because there was not much going on there. Unfortunately, prices are only a little too expensive for all the possibilities. Overall, we still had a great few days together & thank you Nicole for the uncomplicated conversation. ☀️❤️

Ellen and Jaap were lovely hosts, we had an incredible stay at their place! It was so creatively and artistically decorated, and I have never slept better at an Airbnb — the beds were so comfortable, and the neighborhood was so peaceful. It was awesome to have a sweet dog and cat roaming around to make us animal-lovers feel right at home :) 5/5 stars on all levels!

A beautiful, modern accommodation that is beautifully furnished and had everything and more to offer than we wanted for a relaxing weekend. The highlight here is the breakfast, which is prepared with so much love. The organization and communication was simply great, so that we immediately felt comfortable with our hostess Jitske. We had a great stay. Everything is near by and it still wonderfully private. We stayed with our family of two younger girls and they also found the place wonderful. All amenities were present including coffee and tea. Everything was clean and it had a great bed. No complaints at all! The only thing I would say for families wanting to stay here, is the following. If you plan on cooking it is possible and everything is there, but lacking an extraction fan, it being 2 hobs and no dishwasher I personally wouldn’t think of cooking a week or so. Nothing against the place though, just an aside for families that would think of staying here. We decided that we wanted to get take away and there are many options within a couple of minutes (walking) so that worked out brilliantly :) Thanks for the stay and we are planning on coming back in the future!

We had a wonderful weekend at Sjoerdsje and Lennard's place! Top location! Clean, tidy and practically furnished. We had everything we needed! The communication was also smooth and they were very friendly. We will definitely come back!

We spent 4 nights at this place, and absolutely loved it! The location is in the country along a canal. We enjoyed the peace and quiet. What a gem! I highly recommended this place to others!

We felt super comfortable in Hil's apartment. It is located in a quiet, beautiful side street, 10 minutes' walk from the city center. The apartment is lovingly furnished, the kitchen is super functional, the beds are comfortable. The garden is the cherry on top! Communication with Hil went perfectly! She was accessible and straightforward at all times. Thank you!! Looking forward to the next stay :-D

The place was/is very lovingly decorated. The surrounding area as well! It is a very functional place to stay and my personal taste is small and cozy. Yfke was present and accommodating when needed. She just has a knack for creating a nice and friendly atmosphere. All in all, recommended if you want to treat yourself.

We had a great time at Simone's. It is a beautiful environment and for us it was super close to the golf course. Everything was fine, goodies as a surprise and it was neat and clean. We will definitely be back.

I recently stayed at Angelina’s condominium in Groningen and had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent—right in front of a bus stop and situated in a clean and quiet neighborhood. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped, especially the kitchen, which made it easy to prepare meals during my stay. There’s a nice dining area and a cozy living room, but what I loved most was the charming loft bedroom. Every morning, I enjoyed a cup of coffee with breakfast, a peaceful routine that made my stay even more enjoyable. The only challenge was the room temperature, which felt a bit chilly for someone like me who’s used to tropical weather. However, it was part of the unique experience and didn’t take away from the comfort of the stay. Overall, I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Groningen.

Had a great stay! Great location within walking distance of central Groningen. Very clean and cosy. Loved the little patio. We hope we can come back soon.

Tineke is a generous and careful host! Everything here is of exellent quality and in a good condition. You can live here for a year without having to buy extra things😆

We spent a weekend with two families, including four children. Location is beautiful, quiet yet close to all amenities. The accommodation is very complete and equipped with every comfort. The children have enjoyed the space with table tennis, pool table and shuffleboard for hours. Ideal when it was raining outside. The horses outside were also very popular with the children. The sauna and plunge pool for the parents made the house complete. Mieke is very hospitable and gave us good tips for the area. We had a fantastic weekend. The kids can't wait to go again. Stayed here for the third time. Nice and private and within walking distance of a festival we went to. A nice place to retreat to. The accommodation is very complete and hopefully we will come again next year.
