3 Bowsden Hall Farm Cottage

JoannaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
My parents and I had a wonderful stay for the weekend. The house was immaculate, warm and very well presented in a lovely little village that is only a short distance from Holy island, Bamburugh and Alnwick making it an ideal location to explore from. My son loved the steam train from Heatherslaw to Etal which is only a few miles away too. We were all very comfortable and would definitely recommend staying here and will likely return in the future as there is so much to do and we know how good the accommodation is. Thankyou!

Two Bedroom Cottage at The Blue Bell Inn

DaanRating, 5 stars1 week ago
A real gem to find. The cottage is roomy and in perfect condition. Arrival was easy and the rooms were cosy and clean. There's plenty of space for 4 adults (would fit 5 as well). Had a great dinner and lovely night over in the pub. Would love to visit this place again. Recommended!

Kestrel Lodge

NickRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Lovely location, with great views. We were only there for two nights so didn't make use of the hot tub, but everything was there if we'd needed it. The property was exactly as described, clean and fully fitted out. A decent breadknife would have been handy (we didn't think to buy sliced bread!!) but that aside everything else was perfect.

Delightful and beautiful apartment, highly recommended and a full 5 stars. The apartment was so clean and tidy. There was a clear instruction booklet and Rebecca was great at communicating. Excellent central location in Kelso and got parked easily. Will definitely be back.

Cosy, welcoming cottage

AndyRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Absolutely amazing stay. Stayed for three nights, welcome basket was much appreciated, able to make a cuppa on arrival milk in the fridge. It was very peaceful slept well in comfy beds every night. Cooked breakfast every morning and meals on two nights plenty of pots and pans all clean and catered for everything we cooked. I would highly recommend Chelsea Cottage. Loved the log burner it was so cosy sat on the rug playing games with the family.

The View: idyllic and remote off-grid cabin

AneeshaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
This was an amazing stay for my partner and I. We both work in the NHS and don’t often get to wind down and relax but this place is definitely special and you can’t help but loosen up! The view is unreal, there are many footpaths available to walk on and it’s all just so cosy and stunning! I would highly recommend if you are looking to get away from a busy mind or a busy life.

Lovely Cottage, Sunny Deck, Dog Friendly, Near Pub

AndrewRating, 5 stars4 days ago
We stayed at the Old Post Office and had a great time. The property is full of character and was perfect for our family of two young boys. We particularly enjoyed the log fire, the chest of family games, and the selection of thoughtful touches. Everything to make our stay easy and relaxing was in place. The village is small, peaceful and perfectly located to go into Seahouses and Bambrough. We would stay here again and recommend highly. Perfect property; perfect host.

Limeworks Hemmel

Wow not enough words to describe this place, it was beautiful, ultra clean and just wow!! Everything you needed for your stay here, fantastic hamper on arrival together with milk, coffee, sugar and tea to make yourself a drink when you arrived which was great. We had such a lovely warm welcome from Hamish who made himself right at home and obviously knew there was a jar of biscuits just for him when he called by, he is adorable and so friendly, I could have easily packed him up and brought him home! The house, surroundings and everything was so perfect and we will definitely return and would highly recommend it to everyone as the best place to stay. Thank you for letting us stay in this beautiful house and we look forward to returning.
