Exceptionally beautiful flat (approx. 47 sqm) in lovingly renovated villa in keeping with its listed status. The flat is located on the 1st floor and consists of 1 living room and bedroom, 1 fully equipped kitchen, and 1 freshly modernised shower room. The flat can be reached separately through a shared staircase. Please note: Living/bedroom and kitchen/bathroom are separated by a staircase. The location is very central: the city centre and train station are within 5 min walking distance.

30 qm großes Studio mit eigener Terrasse, Grillmöglichkeit und Blick in den großen, schattigen Garten. Durch die Lage im Anbau des Haupthauses (Erdgeschoss) sehr ruhig. Babybett und Hochstuhl sind vorhanden. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums und des Bahnhofes (je 500 m). Stadtpark mit Spielplatz und die Schwimmhalle sind ca. 200 m entfernt. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz befindet sich in ca. 150 m Entfernung, Fahrräder können auf dem Hof sicher abgestellt werden.

Apfelblüte heisst die kleine, feine Ferienwohnung von Anke und Sabine. Wir sind zwei Schwestern, die in Bad Suderode aufgewachsen sind und haben schon in unseren Kindertagen den Urlaubern und Kurgästen des Ortes Auskunft über Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung gegeben. Für den Dezember empfehlen wir ganz besonders den Quedlinburger Weihnachtsmarkt, Advent in den Höfen und die Bad Suderöder Bergparade. Gerne berichten wir Ihnen über Kraftorte in der Nähe der Ferienwohnung.

Dieses schöne Apartment mit seinem loftartigen Charakter ermöglicht einen fast 360-Grad Blick über die Dächer des Schlossbergs. Im Mittelpunkt des Wohnbereichs befinden sich ein wunderschöner Kamin mit seitlicher Leseecke und ein gemütliches Sofa mit Blick ins flackernde Kaminfeuer. Im Eingangsbereich befindet sich, neben dem Tageslichtbad mit Dusche, eine kleine Küchenzeile mit Essplatz für das morgendliche Frühstück inklusive Blick über die Altstadt von Quedlinburg.

"Waldbungalow Fuchs und Elster", genau das war es, was mich aus der großen Stadt wieder in die Provinz zog und immer noch eine magische Anziehungskraft auf mich ausübt. Kurzentschlossen rekonstruierte ich diesen, einst heruntergekommenen Bungalow, zu einem Kleinod für Naturfreunde.
