With easy access to all of York's attractions and 2 supermarkets on the door step the apartment is a great base for you to enjoy York fully.

Beautiful ground floor Annexe attached to main house but with own separate entrance. Just under 2 miles from the historic city of York with its many shops and vibrant pubs/restaurants. Guests have for their sole use annexe attached to the main house consisting of:- separate bedroom with Kingsize bed, shower room/toilet, well equipped kitchenette/lounge with TV & leather sofa, outdoor space with table/chairs. Good bus route to the Centre and the Station. Suitable for couples/solo guests.

Second floor apartment just 10-12 minutes pleasant walk to the Bar Walls (Monkgate), York Minster, and the historic city. Overlooking the River Foss. You can often see swans, and sometimes kingfishers from the Juliet balcony. Accessed by a keysafe. Free parking on site. Safe neighbourhood. Welcome folder in the apartment with local info. The York garden house stands under a oak tree in our garden, with private entrance. The garden, fire pit area (where you can toast marshmallows or use a disposable BBQ) and the glass roofed seating area/patio (to enjoy a takeaway from the village) are entirely yours to use. The garden room is also very private. It is a small, cosy & warm ( similar to glamping pod) There are electric radiators and its cosy on winter nights. It has two small single beds. Log burner is for aesthetics.

The Studio at Edenbrook

The Studio is a contemporary, cosy, recently refurbished, stand-alone annexe. It is self-contained and has it's own private entrance. Ideal for a quiet getaway for couples who want the peace of this beautiful village but to have historic York only 4 miles away. The Studio is on the Route 66 cycle path, and you are minutes away from woodland and country walks of outstanding beauty. The village is well served with a bakery, bistro, village store, pub, beauty and hair salon and pharmacy.
