We had a lovely stay at Mike's place. The house is in a great location on a quiet street with a nice walk into the city centre. The house was as desribed and very clean. Mike was a great host, providing lots of recommendations of things to do in the local area and very responsive to questions. I would definitely recommend it for a weekend trip to York.

James was a great host, responded quickly to messages and offered early check in and late check out as he wasn’t booked either side of our booking. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay at Paul’s Airbnb! Our family of four felt right at home — the space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Paul was incredibly responsive making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay in the area!

Highly recommend a stay at Jackie's place. Spotlessly clean and really well equipped, plenty of space for a family of four. Right on a frequent bus route into the city but also walkable and good pubs nearby, we particularly enjoyed the Old Grey Mare, great choice of beers. The welcome pack was a thoughtful addition. It is difficult to express how great the house and area was. Gaynor made us feel welcome and almost valued friends even though we actually only met her face to face on our last morning. Everything in the house worked and was geared to making our stay at the house enjoyable. The information about the city and places to visit was very comprehensive and useful to us as first time visitors to York. Thanks so much Gaynor.

Victoria was very responsive and friendly from booking and checked to make sure we had got into the property. House is beautifully presented with everything you could possibly need with really thoughtful touches including the very welcome brownies and milk after a long journey. Lots of useful, easy to read instructions for the property with lovely guides and books on York. Property is easy to find- look for the blue! with the massive bonus of a parking permit as parking is so expensive in York now. We had no trouble parking on the street. Bonuses for us- Lovely peaceful garden to relax in, two toilets as we were 3 adults! Very well equipped kitchen with provisions, comfortable beds and spotlessly clean. It really was like home from home and I would definitely stay there again. Location is perfect with an easy walk to Bishy road and into York-both less than 10 minutes away. You can see the city walls from the house and we enjoyed using them to make our way round the city.

A beautiful home to stay in, so quaint and welcoming. It was well equipped, beautifully furnished and comfortable beds. The location was also perfect - easily walkable into the centre of York, but also situated in a quiet part of the city in a leafy green area. We also appreciated you accommodating our request to drop off our luggage a couple of hours early. Many thanks and wouldn't hesitate to book again when next visiting, best wishes.

My Stepdaughter and I really enjoyed our stay in Strensall and we had everything we needed for a lovely stay. It was near to two pubs which were both really good and within walking distance of where we were staying.

Lovely clean flat with all amenities-super extra touches with fresh flowers, milk, biscuits etc. Great local maps with information about shops, restaurants and attractions. In fact the whole experience really could not have been better!

Poppy’s place is a great place to stay if visiting York. Hickory’s restaurant just 16 mins walk away and FootGolf over the road. Good use of space would highly recommend! If it’s forecast high 20’s low 30’s I would bring a fan with you as it gets very warm through the evening. Really enjoyed our stay, would definitely stay in the future.

Wonderful apartment. Clean and tidy. Comfortable bed and nice seating/dining area. Great bathroom. Very close to the York Minster, 10 min walk. Easy self check in instructions. The parking space is a added bonus. Andrew -Pass The Keys was always very informative and if you needed to ask a question it was answered within minutes. Highly recommend this beautiful apartment. Lovely place, everything you could want. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, soft fluffy towels, great balcony. Really appreciated the milk,tea and coffee and cooking oil etc. Nicely laid out apartment with some personlised paintings on the walls We really enjoyed our stay would highly recommend.

Our stay in York was just what we wanted. The flat had everything we needed and provided a perfect location for visiting York with it being a short walk from the minster and town centre. The entire time Melanie was attentive, friendly and went above and beyond to provide detailed instructions for accessing the flat. Highly recommend this property and the host for a weekend away to explore the city!

The accomodation was immaculate. Couldnt be in a better location for walking into York...part of the city wall walk just outside apartmemts. Decorated for xmas which was a lovely touch. Cosy and warm... Excellent communication. Would definatly recommend .

A perfect home from home - everything has been thought about what you could need. Perfect location, very close to bus routes into York but so peaceful to come back to after a busy day exploring. Great to have some basic provisions provided - the lemon cake gets a special mention, Jill was very kind to make it dairy free for my wife, extra delicious. A great place to stay and highly recommend!

Fabulous stay at Jo's place, spotlessly clean, had all the amenities and so peaceful. Loved watching the chickens in the gardens. Unfortunately didn't get to meet Jo in person, but all correspondence through Airbnb she promptly replied to. Thanks Jo, we would love to come back. ❤️

From booking our stay at Ashley’s apartment right through to check-out, our experience was excellent. Ashley was always responsive when we had a question both before and during our visit. The apartment was perfect for what we needed: clean, modern and within a 15 minute walk of York’s key landmarks, such as the cathedral and the Shambles. An absolute gem and would definitely look to book again when we next visit York. Thank you Ash for a wonderful stay!

Jackie’s spacious Airbnb was 5 star+. This was the best Airbnb we had stayed in. The location was peaceful and quiet. Jackie had thought of everything to make it feel like home. Beautifully and tastefully furnished. The kitchen had everything required to self cater. The basket of goodies was much appreciated. Very comfortable bed with extra pillows and crisp white linen. The large bathroom included a washing machine and a fabulous shower. Communication with Jackie was easy and she was quick to respond to my questions. I would highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone visiting York and it’s surrounds.

Excellent apartment, we stayed for the week as we were going to a wedding in Harrogate. The apartment was so central to everything, the bus station, the train station, and the main shopping area. The apartment itself was equipped to the highest standard, and the extras Maureen provided were a lovely touch. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting this area. And I would certainly book this place again when visiting Harrogate. Thank you to the host Maureen, your home was beautiful.

Perfection!! Clive's place is a wonderful place to stay. Clive and Julie are great hosts, friendly, helpful, accommodating and very welcoming. The welcome 'goodies' were very appreciated and tasty. The unit is very tastefully decorated and well appointed, the bed is super comfy and the shower is large with good water pressure. The outdoor area is a real delight, we sat and watched the ducks, the other birds (saw kingfishers!) and the squirrels. We had everything we needed for a happy, memorable stay. There are lots of walks in the area, plus a number of interesting things to see and do. It's an easy train ride to York, Harrogate and Leeds and the station is a short walk from the unit. There are a lot of pubs and cafes within easy walk - The Half Moon pub does delicious pizza! Overall, we very highly recommend Clive's unit and would return often if we could.

Perfect location for a couple of nights in Harrogate. Wonderful apartment, very tastefully done. Rachael was very responsive and gave plenty of clear instructions. Couldn’t fault it!

A beautiful flat in a lovely market town. Thanks to Diane, we were easily able to find our way from the station and drop our bags off a little early so we could start to take advantage of her local recommendations for a spot of lunch, before enjoying a dessert on the terrace. Both the flat and the town were delightful to spend a couple of days in.

A fantastic location to visit York, with views of the wall as well as York Minster. Accommodation was very good with 10min walk into York for sight seeing and restaurants, would stay here again.
