FANTASTIC APARTMENT WITH HIGH CEILING AMAZING HOST !!! House owner BURAK is the most interesting person I ever met . He never sleeps, all the time avaliable to help you. He has a market in the building you can find everything. Also he has MANY apartments in the same building . All of them are well furnished and amazing . Smells good . I love the bed so much it’s very comfy. Burak’s apartments are really very well designed he is taking very well care of the apartment and with us 🙏thank you burak , thank you man . More than apartments Burak make the holiday much better for us . I feel I know him for 20 years but actually just met him a few days ago 😅 he gives very good energy and when we chat with him we had too much fun . He is super funny . When you see him somewhere in the building you feel you’re safe , you feel somebody is boss here and he makes the people feel that control is in hands . Well thank you and I’ll exactly come back again . 5 stars for apartment, 10 stars for Bur

Everything was great. Amazing location with lots of nice little cafes and restaurants, nice apartment, and I was able to do early check-in what saved my life after a long flight and early arrival!! Also appreciated the water bottles in the fridge. Would definitely come again.

This is an amazing place, located very near Taksim Square with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The apartment is beautiful. It has big rooms and fully renovated bathrooms. There is also a big terrace and a well equipped kitchen. The host is very friendly and responsive. The instructions to check in are clear. I couldn’t find anything negative. Highly recommended.

Elif was a great host. The apartment was stylishly furnished with all the coffee shops, bars, eateries and transport links on the doorstep. The apartment was comfortable and also quiet which was appreciated after a busy day. Would recommend!

Die 24/7 Rezeption war wirklich klasse. Sehr nette Leute und immer hilfsbereit. Es gab am Empfang immer Kaffee, Tee und Kekse umsonst. Unsere Unterkunft hatte einen Balko , hier konnte man super Frühstücken. Die Unterkunft hatte eine super Lage. Restaurants und Supermärkte fußläufig in der Nähe. Der Große Basar zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Nähe zur Tram hat auch vieles erleichtert.

The apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay—from kitchen appliances to other essentials. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, making us feel right at home. What truly set this stay apart was Elvan’s outstanding hospitality. She is incredibly caring, attentive, and always just a message away. She consistently checked in to ensure everything was perfect and offered fantastic recommendations for shopping, tours, groceries, and local spots, making our time in Istanbul even more memorable. This was by far one of the best hosting experiences we’ve had. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Istanbul. you’ll be in great hands with Elvan!

Квартира была прекрасной, очень удобный домашний офис для работы удаленно, в хорошем тихом районе, вокруг есть много кафе и магазинов, станция метро близко, нам очень понравилось

Parfait accueil par Wahid lors de notre arrivée à Istanbul! Le logement est parfaitement situé à quelques minutes des grands sites à visiter (Mosquée bleue, Sainte-Sophie, Grand Bazar, etc). Wahid est un hôte parfait et son magasin de tapis situé au premier étage est une mine de richesse et de belles trouvailles!

Herşey çok güzeldi

Çok güzel bir konaklamaydı, evimdeymiş gibi hissettim. Yer resimlerdekinin aynısı ve evde tüm olanaklar mevcut. Yerin konumu çok merkeziydi ve kolayca ulaşım sağlayabildim. Hakan Bey son derece dost canlısıydı, sürekli ihtiyaçlarım konusunda yardımcı olmaya çalıştı. Tekrar konaklamayı düşündüğüm yerlerden biri.

We had a fantastic stay at Azad’s place! The unit was spacious and comfortable for 4 adults and 4 small children. The location was perfect — a short walk to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern, and a great park with a playground. There were also plenty of nearby restaurants and small shops for essentials. Azad was an exceptional host, arranging airport transport, meeting us late at night to show us the unit, checking in daily, and even providing thoughtful touches like a prayer rug and chocolates. One thing to note: the stairs inside and outside the unit are quite steep, which may be difficult for those with mobility issues. Overall, a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

مرحبا عزيزتي olcay سعدت بالسكن في منزلك الأكثر من رائع بالنسبة لي يعتبر هذا المنزل جوهرة في قلب جيهانجير السكن نظف جدا اهتمامك بالتفاصيل ابهرني 😍 كل شي ينتظرك بكمال فقط احضر ملابسك و عش التجربة 😍 عادة لا تعطي تقييم لاي مكان تسكنه إلا إذا كان يستحق وهذا المنزل يستحق ١٠/١٠ الواقع اجمل من الصور 😍 المنطقة كل شي فيها جميل وسهل الوصول له إذا صعدت الدرجات بجانب البيت تجد شوارع ساحرة و كل شي فيها مطاعم مافيها سوبر ماركت إذا نزلت إلى الاسفل غلاطة بورت و كاريكوي افتح نافذة التراس و استمتع بصوت الطيور و الطبيعه و اصوات العبارات لم نحتج إلى التكييف كان الجو لطيف جدا شكرا لك

o kadar yerde kaldım artık tek kalacağım yer belli inanılmaz güzeldi ev sahibinin güzel yüzlülüğü ve sorunsuz bir şekilde cevaplari inanılmaz güzeldi sessiz ve güzel yeri heryere yakındı rahatlıkla ulaşım sağladık ev hijyenikti tekrar dan görüşeceğim ise emin olabilirsiniz artık tek adresim belli herkese tavsiye ederim...

Das Viertel ist alt und unsicher, oft sitzen Betrunkene am Eingang. Für Familien ungeeignet, aber vielleicht okay für Singles. Die Wohnung war sauber, wir haben immer abgeschlossen. Mustafa ist nett und gastfreundlich, aber die Lage ist schlecht.

This was a very good trip Much better than my last trip to turkey thanks to the house, the house was very clean and exactly like the pictures, everything was as described and the owner was very good at communicating with me and checking up on things.

We had a great stay! The place was exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and in a beautiful, peaceful area. Hamed was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything even smoother. I would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to come back!

C’était EXTRAORDINAIRE. Je pense l’un des meilleurs appartements que j’ai loué sur istanbul. La vue imprenable sur les iles . La propreté du lieu, l’accès au metro et aux centre commerciaux très rapides. Je vous recommande vivement cet appartement , mehmet a été très réactif très pro et vraiment très gentil. Je reviendrais c’est sur et j’ai hate de revenir . Merci pour tout 🙏🏽🙏🏽

This is a nice spot in Nişantaşı. Definitely a very safe part of Istanbul that will feel very comfortable for visitors, especially with 24 hour security in the building. The apartment is quiet and peaceful and overlooks a nice courtyard. It's as pictured, and Kerem is a great host, always quick to respond. It's great for one person for short stays.

Furkan bey iyi niyetli bir arkadaştır. Her sorumuza sabır ile cevap verdi sanki yıllarca tanıdığım bir arkadaşım gibiydi. Eviniz bulunduğu yer güzel ve sakindi. Sakin olmasının yanında ulaşımı çok rahattı. Sadece biraz yokuş vardı ama İstanbul yedi tepe zaten çoğu yerde yokuş var. Teşekkürler Furkan arkadaş.

Melih’s apartment is large and comfortable and in a fabulous location to explore Kadikoy restaurants and markets by foot. Plus it is an easy walk to the ferry terminal. Melih is a super responsive host who helped us out with all our enquiries. If we come back to Kadikoy, we will stay here again.
