Small fully renovated cottage in the Belgian Ardennes. In the bathroom, there is a walk-in shower and a whirlpool bath. The infrared cabin gives your muscles and joints the necessary warmth to unwind completely. On the 1st floor, you will find the kitchen with dining island and the living room with digital TV/WiFi. On the 2nd floor is the room. There is no garden at the house but a large terrace at the front with a view of the church square. The cottage is fully equipped with all the necessary comfort.

This 19th-century rectory of Dinez was completely restored in 2023 in authentic style. The rectory is located in the heart of the Ardennes, more specifically in the municipality of Houffalize. Are you an avid hiker, mountain biker or cyclist, do you love skiing or are you a beer lover? Achouffe, the Baraque de Fraiture, the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and the forest of Saint-Jean are a stone's throw away. The rectory offers all the comfort and space to welcome 14 people and a baby. Our Chalet that we renovated with a Western touch is in the middle of the nature but not far from a little village with a grocery and a restaurant. We designed it for us to disconnect from the world. Next to a small river and with many trails for hiking and biking passing by, there are a lot of Outdoor activities. A pond is present and can be crossed with a pedal boat in summer. It is essential to come with a vehicle equipped with snow tires in case of snow. WE ARE LOCATED 1.3 KM FROM THE RACETRACK, RACES GENERATE NOISE THAT CAN EXCEED 118 db FROM APRIL TO NOVEMBER.
