Westation: Our cosy chalet/ Ranch house in nature

Our Chalet that we renovated with a Western touch is in the middle of the nature but not far from a little village with a grocery and a restaurant. We designed it for us to disconnect from the world. Next to a small river and with many trails for hiking and biking passing by, there are a lot of Outdoor activities. With a nordic bathtub, a sauna, fully equipped kitchen, cosy living room with fire place, a quiet office, 4 decorated bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a floor to entertain: bar, flipper, TV.

Maison Roannay is located on Le Roannay, a tributary of the Amblève. The villa is built with great respect for the surroundings and offers a wonderful place to relax. 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms provide the necessary comfort. It's worth it, the Mountain. The house is located on a flank of the Meuse Valley. When you take the centuries-old pilgrims' path, you are happy to arrive, breathing at the foot of the Dinant wall. Our family home is there, waiting for you. It was our grandfather who hung it on the rock "to prevent it from sliding down". My brothers and I decided to keep it and occasionally open it to other lovers of the region.

While the Ecluse Simon has been completely renovated to offer all modern comforts, no structural transformation has been carried out in this house registered with the Walloon Regional Heritage.
