Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Hico

We stayed at the Farm 2 for a climbing weekend with just our family, and will certainly be back with a larger group. The Farm is a beautiful peaceful setting an easy drive from all the outdoor adventure you could want. This space is perfect for families with kids, including lots of books/games and even a cute antique high chair that works for a toddler. We had a great experience and will definitely look to book this space again in the future!

Shelby was a great host and super friendly. The house is absolutely beautiful - modern rustic style and a lot more spacious than we expected. We enjoyed the mowed path along the backyard and took walks through it with our dog. Very private and quiet area but close to all the parks and trails. Highly recommend this home if you want a place to relax at the end of your day.

We have nothing but amazing things to say about our stay! The house was super clean and beautifully decorated with lots of special touches to make us feel right at home. Our boys loved watching the airplanes land and take off from the backyard and the hot tub got plenty of use. The location was perfect. Only a few minutes drive to downtown and lots of outdoor activities. Amazing house with amazing hosts.

Our group of friends enjoyed our stay! We really appreciated the grill was ready with propane, there was firewood to have an outdoor fire, as well as s'mores ingredients to toast over the fire. We also enjoyed the hot tub and the cover was super easy to remove and put on with the cover holding device!

The home was lovely, clean, and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay. We were able to sit on the porch and relax in the hot tub. The kitchen was well stocked and we heated some of our own meals. We were thankful for a nice stay!

This house is BIG. We had 23 adults + a handful of kids. We dined together nearly every night, creating great memories. We enjoyed backyard fires, big family game nights, the kids watched movies in the theater. Plus the area is close by many items of interest. Minutes from the National Park, and other parks. We didn't have as much success fishing pond as we hoped, but watching the coy was fun as well as the deer, rabbit and fox sightings. Caleb was always responsive to our questions, and delivered on every promise to stop over. If you need a place to sleep multiple families, this may be your place!

I cannot recommend this property and host enough. It is beautiful and the location is amazing. The host was incredible and responded to all of our messages almost immediately and was proactive. Not only was the outside very spacious, with a fire pit and several picnic areas, but there were several screened in seating places to enjoy the outdoors from. Indoors, there were many good places to congregate for meals, board games, and activities. If you are considering this place for your next trip, you simply must book.

Kim was an incredible host! Her attention to detail throughout the home was second to none. Her property is beautiful and peaceful, but close to everything we wanted to do. We were there to explore the New River Gorge NP and we did not have to travel far to any trailheads or for whitewater rafting. All of her restaurant recommendations were spot on, and we really enjoyed exploring the neighboring towns. Coming back to the hot tub after a day of hiking or rafting was so nice! We enjoyed watching the deer and turkeys (both with lots of babies) and the sunsets from the porch. The home was cozy and well stocked with anything we could possibly need, and Kim made sure we were happy and well taken care of. We stay in Airbnbs all over the US and Canada, and this is, by far, one of the best! I would give it 10 stars if I could! Thank you, Kim, for providing such a wonderful and beautiful place to call home for a few days.

We enjoyed our stay so much! The host met us with fresh eggs and delicious homemade bread. The cabin is very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The cabin is close to plenty of activities and great restaurants.

We had a great 2 night stay here. The cabin was cozy, well appointed, and perfect for our stay exploring the area. The place was beautifully decorated and spotless. Relaxing in the hot tub in the evening while watching the fireflies was exactly what we needed after our days of hiking and whitewater rafting. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely cabin in a national park. Grounds and house were tidy and well maintained. Wrap around deck was perfect for unwinding after rafting or hiking. Hot tub is huge! We had a female box turtle hang around the yard for our entire stay. If you like nature and peace and quiet this place is perfect.

We came down to whitewater raft and zipline with Adventures on the Gorge. The cabin was so close to Adventures on the Gorge. It is nice and secluded, and has everything you need for your getaway! The hottub was great after a long day of adventuring. The host gave great local recommendations and even stopped by our first night to see if we needed anything. Our two boys (10 and 12) enjoyed the woods around the cabin. The personal touches were amazing- fresh flowers on the table, fresh baked cookies, and souvenir glasses to take home! I have stayed many places, but this one is a favorite for sure!

The chalet was beautiful, clean, and peaceful. The hot tub was amazing and we had everything we needed. Great place to relax or enjoy nearby activities. 100% recommend! Was not overly price and well worth what we payed for a relaxing weekend which was exactly what we was looking for. Michael was simple, kind, and gave directions that was easy to find the location of our destination. We will be back again. Thank you so much for a nice affordable well worth getaway!

The first thing we noticed upon entering Papaw’s cabin was the cleanliness and freshness of the cabin. The location was convenient to the NRG area yet also was a private retreat. We enjoyed the hot tub and stargazing. Thank you Kristi for being a great host.

We had a blast at Kevin's cabin in Summersville. The cabin was fully stocked with everything we needed and more, and the grounds were just gorgeous, peaceful, serene, beautifully landscaped. We even used the area missing the picnic table as a Pokeman battle area! We always find so much to do in the Summersville area, but this year was extra special because the cabin was perfect - convenient to the lake but still private and spacious. We would love to come back next year!

We loved this place! It was close to everything but really felt secluded, so peaceful and quiet and with the lovely sound of the creek outside! Loved soaking in the hot tub watching the fireflies everywhere! The cabin was so clean, the bed very comfortable, and they thought of everything- extra toothbrushes, toiletries, teas and snacks...anything you miht need. Host very responsive too! We would definitely stay here again.
