Monthly Rentals in Hidden Springs

There isn’t a kitchen and we were glad not to have one. There was a microwave and a Kerrig coffee maker, neither of which we used and a refrigerator with a pitcher of cold water which we did use. There’s no need for a kitchen because Montrose is filled with good places to eat. We ate at the Black Cow, Divina Cucina, La Cabanita, the New Moon and a new place, Sabrina’s. All good. Wade’s place is simple, clean and private, we recommend it.

This trip was a visit to my mother who lives in an apartment nearby. Victor's place was exactly what I was expecting. Walking distance to great restaurants and shopping, and of course, just minutes away from mom. I highly ecommend this property for people visiting friends or family in Montrose.

Nice small studio detached studio apartment. Good off street, gated parking space right in front of unit. Nice little kitchen and bathroom, comfortable bed and nice tv with good WiFi. 5 minute walk to metro, 10 minute walk to old town Monrovia or short drive to lots of shopping and dining. Great location. Close to the 210 freeway so sow traffic noise when outside but quiet inside. Nice seating area outside. Good laundry room outside of rental. Enjoyed my 4 night rental and highly recommended for a single traveler or couple. The best of 3 Airbnb rentals I’ve stayed at in this part of LA.
