The owners, Enrique and Conchi, were very attentive at all times. The accommodation is very well located to visit Las Merindades. 2 Spacious rooms with built-in wardrobes.. Full and large bathroom. Well equipped and clean kitchen. Large and bright living-dining room. We were staying on the first floor (there is no elevator but the stairs are spacious) There is no garage in the building but you can park very close by without a problem. Bares-restaurabtes, bakery, bank and supermarket nearby. The roads are in good condition. The area is so rich, both in nature and architecture. Highly recommended area to visit and accommodation to settle in.

The house is perfect for spending a few days and visiting the area. It is very comfortable, very clean, with pellet heating and a fireplace. The village is very quiet next to a river. Patxi's information and service was very good.

The apartment was very clean and with everything you could need. They leave you gel and shampoo, and some things to cook, like oil, salt, spices. There is a toaster and many utensils. Communication with them was very good, they were very attentive. It's near a flea market. It is a very good accommodation for visiting the merindades. If we go back to that area, we'll repeat.

Hello, everyone and all!! We come from spending a spectacular weekend in the Merindades, in the incredible house of Raquel, first of all, to highlight that it was a surprise getaway for my partner, for her 30th birthday, from the beginning Raquel was a charming person, helping me in everything, offering me plans and help in anything that arose, she left us a letter with congratulations included and two chocolate muffins! The house is even better than in the photos. The garden is huge, with hammocks, a barbecue, plenty of space for our dog (he had a great vacation), many trees and shade, a porch with an unbeatable table for breakfast and dinner. The house inside is absolutely amazing, impossible not to fall in love with it. We loved every little detail! I don't want to say goodbye and recommend this house, without first thanking our host and telling you that Raquel is 10/10, her and the stay of course! Don't miss out on visiting Frías, Puentedey, Tobera and Ruinas de Rioseco!!

From booking to arriving Nerea was very helpful and we had to make a few alterations of which she was great to deal with, responded to my queries and put us at ease. On arrival we were met by her Father who is a very nice man and he showed us around, what everything does and where everything was, we also asked some advice about our journey and he was very helpful, obviously a bit of a language barrier but he was patient, understanding and helpful. The house itself is set in such a beautiful location, the scenery is breath-taking and we felt at home straight away, everything you need is a drive away but easy. I would highly recommend, a superb Host and a superb property Would most defiantly look at re visiting again and would have no hesitation in booking here again.

We were a group of friends spending a few days and the experience couldn't have been better. VillaPepe is a spacious and comfortable house. Everything was impeccably clean and prepared, with well-kept spaces and tastefully and detailed decorated. The rooms are spacious, with very comfortable beds, and the environment is very quiet to rest. The terrace is one of the strong points, with the chill-out area, with the tent, sofas, sun loungers and the option to connect the mobile with the speakers and play music, it is undoubtedly the best of the house, and we enjoy it both day and night. The house has many options for having fun in a group, and the foosball became our own mini Champions League. What's more, there are charming villages and hidden corners in the surrounding area. Ana and Asier, the hosts, were attentive, approachable and always willing to help, making everything easy from the start. A highly recommended stay, which we will surely repeat. VillaPepe leaves a mark.

Sergio was a great host, very attentive and with excellent communication at all times. We were 3 families in your house, a total of 9 people, very comfortable. The house has everything that is described with 4 rooms with their own bathrooms and, especially noteworthy is the garden. It's a real treat to eat in that wonderful garden!! If you go to Frias, we recommend this accommodation. Thanks Sergio.
