We had a great experience during the stay. This is an ideal option for large families who prefer a quiet and safe environment. The basement gets a bit chilly and dryer wasn’t working but overall a very helpful host and good property

My stay with Michael was wonderful. We gathered and wanted to grill. The house was very large and corresponded to the description. We were very pleased. Special thanks go to the caretaker - he even helped us with the barbecue. We didn't have enough coal, but he brought us wood and saved us. Thanks again for everything!

We had a lovely time at the house, where we directly felt at home. Simple but had everything we need, well furnished and practical. Maria was very kind and flexible. We highly recommend that house!

We were allowed to stay at Anna's place for a week. The place is exactly as it is described. Anna was always available for us. The apartment has everything you need for your stay and we lacked nothing. We definitely recommend this place!

Will come again any time. Angelika is completely straightforward and super friendly. The cottage is cozy and very nicely located.

Nadine was very flexible. We were able to move into the accommodation before the specified date. Nadine and Jürgen were very friendly and helpful. If you like it quieter, this is the place to be.

Perfectly equipped apartment with terrace located directly on the forest, a dream for hiking with the dog and in just half an hour you are in Vienna. Manfred and Andrea are very friendly hosts with their heart in the right place. The next stay is already planned.

The place was perfect for my wife and I along with our son and even our dog! While we live in Vienna, it provided a well-needed getaway with a pool and amazing backyard with amazing space. One of my favorite places!

It was my first booking through Airbnb and a little skeptical. However, Erik was always available in advance and answered all questions. Since we had a slightly longer drive, I thought it was good that we were allowed to move into the house at 2 p.m. Erik was on site greeted us in a friendly way and explained and showed everything well. We were 6 adults and a 12 year old. Everyone had a great place to sleep and plenty of space. The highlight is probably the pool in the garden. However, not usable in early May. All around we were really very satisfied and will not have been there for the last time. Thank you Erik for the great place and the on-site service.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Michi's! The rooms were clean and spacious, and we truly appreciated the attention to detail and the personal touches in every corner. It was a great decision to take this dwelling on the 17th floor! Great view, everything you need, the pool is fantastic! The connection to the U3 is within easy walking distance! Even was super helpful and easy to reach! The apartment is equipped with the most important things! We were thrilled, even our 80-year-old mom!

We spent a week in the beautiful villa at the beginning of June 2025. The accommodation is really very large, very high quality and individually/artistically furnished. There are numerous possibilities to relax in the garden, by the pool, on the terrace, on the balcony or in the winter garden. Everything is also available in the kitchen. The landscape is an absolute dream, right on the doorstep there is beautiful nature (meadows, forests, mountains). You can hike and ride MTB excellently (very many trails -> absolute highlight :-)). There are also many "normal" bike paths where you can relax and ride to Mödling (10 min) or Vienna (about 60 min). By car, you can easily reach the center of Vienna in about 30 minutes. Also super easy by train from Mödling. There are two supermarkets in the immediate vicinity. Communication with the landlords was impeccable, they are very friendly and helpful. E-charging station for cars only 100m away.

We had four wonderful days in Gioia's apartment. We didn't miss anything in the apartment, very nicely furnished, you feel right at home. The highlight is the great roof terrace.❤️ Various shopping facilities are within walking distance and the stop right outside the door is perfect, so you can easily get to the city center. Very nice flat with all amenities in a quiet suburban location in Moedling. The walk to the train station was very pleasant and enjoyable after which it is very easy to get to many locations. Daniel was very responsive and kind. I would highly recommend it and hope to stay there again in the future.

We felt very comfortable in Lukas's apartment. We stayed 2 nights for the weekend and it all worked out. You can park outside in the street, there was always something free. Kitchen is well equipped and bed was cozy. It was a good fit for us as a family with a child.

This perfectly equipped studio flat has all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Shops, amenities and tram stops are all within easy walking distance. Travel time to the centre of Vienna is about 15 minutes. The flat itself is impeccably clean and well equipped. On the first floor of a characteristic building and welcomingly quiet. Morgane was on hand to promptly answer my queries and was very friendly and professional. Highly recommended!

This was a beautiful apartment near the Schonbrunn Palace, it was probably a 15 minute walk to the palace. There were some great restaurants right by the apartment. Hannah was very responsive to messages. Great place to stay!

Lukas was an amazing host! He took excellent care of us. Assisted us when necessary and made us felt like home. His Airbnb was great and had everything we needed. Great location as well. We would definitely stay here again whenever we are in Vienna. Thanks for everything Lukas! 😊
