A great space in a fantastic location. The house is located an easy few minute walk from the beach. The WA coast is amazing and unique to Australia. Unlike many short term stays that take short cuts because they are close to the beach, Brooke's places is very clean, very well appointed and as described in the listing. It has a relaxed, beachy aesthetic and is well suited to solo, couple or small family travellers. All of the little extras - milk in the fridge, a loaf of fresh bread on the kitchen bench, beach towels - made for an enjoyable stay and were appreciated. It is located close to many of Perth's best offerings. There is bus running past the front door, but a car is a more suitable option in this location. Brooke was a quick and clear communicator. Easy to highly recommend.

What a beautiful apartment !!! With views over the swan River Enjoying breakfast on the balcony Andrew the host met the four of us to explain access ,Amazing location ! Close to shops and restaurants ! Short walk to the Bell tower. The apartment was equipt with everything we needed . our trip was so special and think the apartment made helped to make lovely memories this was a friends reunion Two from the uk one from Perth one from Melbourne . Evelyn the host also gave us complimentary late check out till 11am Which was much appreciated My husband booked this for us as we live in Perth . We'd definitely recommend it to Others and would stay ourself too Thank you to the hosts My husband found this superb apartment Would recommend it

Sonya is a great host! The apartment was easy to find.. despite it being so close to town it was quiet and peaceful and being 7 months pregnant the bed was my highlight!! Soft and comfortable!! Spotlessly clean with a well stocked pantry, washing detergent, and bathroom amenities.. IGA is right in front of us so it the bus stop.. we have booked the apartment again for the end of this month .. that says it all !! 😊thanks Sonya!!

We had a wonderful week at Marcella’s place in Perth! The home was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great—close to shops, cafes, and public transport, yet tucked away in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Marcella was a thoughtful and responsive host, providing clear instructions and helpful local tips. We especially appreciated the cozy outdoor area and the little touches that made us feel at home. Would definitely stay here again!

Michelle is a very friendly and helpful host. Her place is very clean and tidy. Fully equipped with almost everything you need. Makes me feel like home. The location is great, walkable to many nice cafe and tourist spots. I enjoy staying in her apartment a lot! Will stay here if we visit Perth again !

It was a lovely home, very clean, fully equipped, and very homey. Very strategic location, close to the city centre. And Emma is such a lovely host, she responded very fast when i had problem with my bedrooms electric blanket. Tq for the great service and lovely home.

thank you for a fantastic stay. The house was impeccably clean, had extremely comfortable beds and pillows. A great retreat for a family with children. The pool, pool table and board games helped entertain the children. Very well set up house, with a fully equipped laundry even down to laundry liquid . Every small detail has been thought of. we will definitely stay again and cannot recommend this house enough.

Liuzjens home was so open and inviting. Straight away you instantly feel compfy & at home. Inside there. We spent many mornings walking down grabbing coffee exploring the North Perth. Beautiful location, we would be super blessed to stay again!

Jayne is an exceptionally helpful host, readily contactable and happy to assist with questions/requests. The apartment itself is a very unusual conversion unit with huge living space and uniquely interesting features. We especially appreciated the goodies left - chocs and cheese - thanks! Perfectly sited to walk to all kinds of attractions - the shipwreck and maritime museums, Rottnest ferries, cafes and restaurants and the market. Would love to stay here again.

I have stayed at Louise and Jenny’s place for 2 weeks and really enjoyed it. The apartment is very clean and equipped with everything you need for a long-term stay. The location is close to the city but the transport is not very convenient, so would recommend to have a car. Would definitely stay again if the need arises.

Had a very wonderful stay at Hideaway at Harry’s Lane. From pre booking, the host was very responsive to our enquiries. The house was spotless and comfortable, high chair, cot and children’s bowl & cup was provided and it was very useful. We had fun with the puzzles & games provided. The location was great too, it was near some cafes and supermarket and also pretty near drive to the city. The house was well maintained and towels & linens were clean and hotel-like quality. Melanie was very responsive when we had questions during our stay too. Everything exceeded our expectations, we would definitely stay here again when we are back. Absolutely loved our stay at Paton House. Beautifully designed house with a wonderful cosy vibe. The location is perfect. Chanel was an outstanding host and was always so responsive. We are already planning for our next weekend getaway to Freo just so we can be back in Paton House.

We absolutely loved our stay at Gills house. The house was central to all we had planned which made everything so easy. Traveling with a toddler can be stressful at times but staying in Gills house with our little one was very comfortable and stress free. The house has everything you need, including extra linen and towels which is always a plus for me. The star of the show had to be the spacious 2 person shower that made life so much easier with a clingy toddler. Our hosts were very responsive to all our needs and did their best to help wherever they could. Highly recommend. Hoping to come back in the future.

Had the opportunity to spend two weeks at this lovely apartment while working in Perth recently. Plenty to see and do; ate out most nights at different nearby restaurants and took advantage of the nearby river loop everyday for a run with stunning scenery!

We really enjoyed staying at the Lyric Pad. The hosts made us feel very welcome and the unit is very clean , modern and comfy . The location was great and if needed , the railway is nearby. Central Maylands is nearby , so all your shopping needs are catered for , plus many different types of coffee shops and restaurants to choose from . The Lyric bar is nearby for evening entertainment . It’s a lovely place to stay .

This was our second time staying at this place. Despite the construction next door and the mild noise from the club opposite on the weekends, the location of this Airbnb was unbeatable. With only a 3-5 min walk to the beach, corner store, fish and chips, and gelato, it was just a great holiday for the whole family. Kitchen is well equipped and stocked and there were beach toys for the kids as well. Melissa was even kind enough to offer a cot and high chair, which we didn't need, for our kids before we had arrived. Thanks for the hospitality!

Bright, clean and airy. Jen’s place was a little oasis within walking distance to cafes, shops and Fremantle tourist sights. The cleanliness and well resourced apartment made the stay comfortable and was much appreciated. It would be particularly good for long term stays. Excellent communication, parking was a bonus. Definitely recommend.

Shey was proactive in giving us check in instructions and reminders were also sent the day before we checked out. Appreciate the clear instructions. Lovely sunset view greeted us when we checked in. We love her cosy apartment which was perfect for a small family. It is just a short drive away from the heart of Fremantle and also near the ferry terminals for those looking to travel to Rottnest Island. We appreciate the breakfast items provided too. Overall, it was a comfortable stay for us. Thanks Shey! :)

A well located and cosy place to stay. Brian and Duern are helpful and friendly hosts who left lots of thoughtful touches in the property to make our stay very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again when I next visit Fremantle.
