Last minute get away, the pod it’s self was absolutely beautiful, warm and well equipped. Easy check in, the private hot tub was a lovely. Shower wasn’t that powerful but it absolutely did the job! Check the safety information if you are allergic to horses. 🫣 it does state that there will be horses close (I clearly didn’t check this before booking, ooops) Although they were no problem at all!! They were far enough away from the pod apart from a blink in the morning so it was absolutely no issue for us really. Overall it is a beautiful place and we highly recommend staying here!! Thanks for a brilliant stay! xx

Had a delightful week at Tigh Bhaan, the house was lovely as was the surrounding countryside. Being able to watch wildlife (otter, red deer, badgers, owl, pine martens) all from the comfort of your front room was great, the TV wasn’t turned on the whole week!

This cottage was a wonderful home base for exploring the island. Close enough to walk to Portree for meals, but far enough to be out of the hustle & bustle. Easy access to the roads to other parts of the island. The host was very communicative and had useful instructions throughout the house. The ensuite bathrooms with each bedroom made this an especially convenient place for a longer stay. Would definitely stay here again on a future visit.

Wow...stunning location on the banks of Loch Tay we had a truly memorable stay at the lodge and everything we needed was at hand. The host Nina was in regular contact before our stay and made us feel welcome. Thankyou.

Wonderful stay right on the water. Easy drive to Inverness and surrounding sites.

As we entered Bruce's house, we felt very welcome, with a large bouquet of flowers in the kitchen and a second one in the living room in front of the panoramic window. We found all we needed and enjoyed our stay and especially the view over the water to the Isle of Skye with changing sunsets from cloudy to sunny. The house was easy to access, even though we arrived really late.

Right from the get go Scott was a very responsive host. When we needed an answer he was always on hand to help. The accommodation was just right for us - 6 adults, a toddler and 2 active dogs - as there was plenty of room. The hot tub was a welcome way to rest weary muscles at the end of a hard day walking. The garden was perfect for the dogs as it is totally enclosed. The more active of us really loved the may walks nearby - so peaceful and beautiful!

We didn’t want to leave! What a beautiful spot just outside of town. Easy walk into town and the Glenelg Inn restaurant was fantastic! We appreciated that recommendation. Location is within driving distance to Isle of Skye and other great areas to explore. The house was absolutely stunning with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Sarah was great to communicate with and helped us with everything we needed. Hidden treasure for sure. Loved every moment we were there and so sad to leave. We hope to return again someday.

Perfect, everything required and more

What a special place! The views from all the rooms are gorgeous! The home is very well done with a lovely modern kitchen with everything you need to cook in if you decide the bed is also extremely comfortable! We loved being able to walk down to the Edinbane Inn for dinner and a drink. The surrounding area is so beautiful and peaceful. The location is great for exploring Skye. The house is so beautiful we cancelled our dinner reservations, grabbed some items at the Co-op and cooked in so we could enjoy the house to the fullest. Thank you for a memorable stay! I wouldn't hesitate to come back.

Archie's place was a fabulous home for us. It was super clean and exactly how described. Archie is an incredibly wonderful host who obviously cared a lot about our wellbeing. He is very proactive, he even supplied us with super fresh vegetables from his garden and offered help wherever he could. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the beautiful accommodation. Fantastic location overlooking the bay, with the most spectacular scenery and views to the mountains. Shona was a very responsive, accomodating and friendly host. The cottage was so homely, clean and peaceful, we didn't want to leave. We were even spoilt with warm and sunny weather in October and had a very close encounter with a pod of common dolphins on a boat tour with North Coast Sea Tours from Lochinver harbour. We enjoyed walks in Culag Woods down to the sea and up onto the moors on the Little Assynt Estate with more stunning views of the mountains as well as a lovely walk over to Ardvreck Castle on Loch Assynt. We saw many dragonfiles, lots of birdlife, including birds of prey and stonechat by the cottage and lots of mosses and lichens in the woodlands giving an otherworldy feel. Enjoyed learning about the geology of the area at Knockan Crag on route to the cottage too. A very special couple of days that we won't forget. The highlight of our holiday in the highlands of Scotland.

This is absolutely amazing airbnb accommodation. It looks exactly as on the pictures, or even better. It is perfectly clean, nicely furnished, bright, and well equipped. Car parking spaces are available in the front of the bungalow, I have not experienced any car parking problems at all. Leanne is responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend this accommodation!
