There is a stone patio and a koi pond overlooking the town and water. Bay beaches are down the block, Sandy Hook is approximately a mile away. This property is not suitable for children or pets.

Outside, you may enjoy a fruit orchard while neighboring preserved land gives hours of walking amongst wildflowers.

Luxurious studio apartment with fully equipped kitchenette, spacious bathroom with large claw foot tub, and luscious bedding. The studio is the entire English basement of my home overlooking the bay, with radiant heated floors, located one mile from the ocean beaches. You have your private entrance and have the studio to yourself. I live upstairs. Bikes and kayaks available. Dogs are welcome (no more than 2 medium-sized dogs, and no other pets, sorry).
