Our home is located in Hilo (Waiakea Uka) higher elevation cooler area. This agriculture neighborhood area consists of three plus acre lots, with farm animals, and lots of pasture land. Our guest will enjoy a peaceful, comfortable stay in a private master room with private entrance. You will enjoy this private master room suite, spacious and bright, bathroom is also spacious (bathroom located in the master room suite). The balcony over looks three acres of pasture land and far off ocean line.

It has two bedrooms, one bathroom, living room, dining area, an indoor waterfall, and stocked kitchen, There is a beautiful lanai that overlooks a large koi pond and spacious, manicured grounds. We call the property Old School Hospitality because it was built from recycled materials from the old Hakalau School. Much of the house's charm comes from the unique materials used in construction.
