Through the large upstairs windows you can look at the neighboring golf course - or enjoy the untouched nature. The brine springs with the graduation walls, the treetop trail and the "Carpesol" spa and sauna area are particularly noteworthy here.

This loft apartment is cosily furnished and has plenty of space in which to relax. The spacious bedroom has a double bed, and the large sofa in the living room can be transformed into a single or double bed. A baby bed is also available upon request. Booking in and out timings can be flexible and can easily be arranged prior to arrival. Bad Iburg's Castle, spa gardens and local centre are but a few minutes walking distance away.

The apartment is centrally located in Borgholzhausen and yet very quiet in a cul-de-sac in a residential area with single-family houses. All shops serving everyday needs are within walking distance (baker also on Sundays!). Fantastic hiking trails start right by the house.
