The beach villa is located in building one. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Which is the closest to the beach, it’s the ONLY villa/Building with an outdoor pool, and restaurant. Trust me this is the only place you wanna stay. The private beach is incredible, the beach restaurant Coco‘s makes the most amazing food and drinks while you sit back and enjoy the Atlantic Ocean view. This villa has just been remodeled. The living room entertainment center has a Smart TV connected to cable and WiFi. Please note--Courtside has a strict No Pets policy.
