Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Hilton Head Island

Staying in the Sea Pines is pretty special, and this home was an amazing place to spend a week. The neighborhood is peaceful and surrounded by the beauty of the island. The house was pristine and very comfortable. There is plenty of space to accommodate a large family and they have included everything you could need with great attention to detail. The kitchen is fully stocked, beyond any other home we’ve stayed in and it felt above and beyond our expectations. We had access to a community pool about a mile away that is easy to bike to and also surrounded by live oaks in a peaceful neighborhood. The house has bikes, but we brought our own and took full advantage of exploring the area on the vast bike trails that connect to shopping, dining and the beach. If you’re considering a trip to Hilton Head, the Sea Pines is the place to stay, and this house has to be at the top of the list.

This is a cute place with all the things you’d need. Great location to restaurants, etc. we would have loved to have some restaurant recommendations as well as how we best access the beach. All in all, we certainly enjoyed our stay!

Alisons house is in the perfect location, we only saw two cars drive past the house the entire stay. You are a quick couple minute bike ride to Skillets for a great breakfast/lunch or to the Coligny Beach Piggly Wiggly for small town feel grocery shopping. Head three roads over to take a meandering bike ride down the prettiest road on the entire island, Dune Lane. The house is a brand new remodel that feels like a new build on the inside. It is very well thought out and the pictures really don't reflect how spacious it truly feels in the living room. Everything you need is present, the hat rack was so appreciated. If you rinse the sand off the sidewalks and patio it will help you during your stay to keep the sand out of the house! We made sure to do that for the guests following us. Such a wonderful and peaceful vacation. We have found our favorite part of the island, North Forest Beach can not be beat. We had what seemed like half a mile of beach to ourselves. Perfection.

Another great vacation in Hilton Head! We enjoy staying in this community. The host Silvana was very responsive if we needed anything!

“Mimi’s Place” was a wonderful HHI location for our last trip before sending our 2 youngest kids off to college. We loved the old school HHI beach house character & charm with all the modern conveniences one could want. An especially sweet surprise touch was the gifts we found awaiting one of our girls celebrating her birthday the day after our arrival. Finally, we also really enjoyed the 2 hours of daily pickleball and the chance to bring our new dog, who loved his first beach trip. We can’t wait to return!

Place was fantastic. Right in the heart of Palmetto Dunes yet felt warm and Private. Walking distance to pickleball, beach, pools, shops, restaurants…. It was all there waiting for us. The hosts are proactive and available is needed. Highly recommended

Walk to the beach was the perfect setting for a family vacation. The house is beautiful with a gorgeous pool. The house is well stocked with all the amenities needed for a fun filled vacation. Mindy is a wonderful hostess, she was very responsive to all of our questions and her recommendations were spot on. Having her as a hostess made our first visit to Hilton Head even more memorable. We can’t wait to return.

My family and I loved our stay at Kim's place over Memorial Day Weekend. We truly enjoy all that Hilton Head has to offer and are already looking forward to returning. Kim has a beautiful place near South Beach. Her place is clean and comfortable and she communicated well with us throughout the process. Don't hesitate to book your stay!

We absolutely loved our stay here!! Pamela was an incredible host & so responsive. This cute little place is the perfect place to stay if you want to be close by everything and walking distance from the beach. It was an easy 5 minute walk to the beach and so many great restaurants close by. Pamela even provided us with beach essentials; chairs, umbrella, and a beach wagon. We had a wonderful time and plan to come back again in the future!! Thanks Pamela for being such a great host!!

The place itself and the location were perfect and exactly as described. We'd stayed in the same building once before so knew about the nearby activities, bike rentals, convenience store, etc. This particular unit was spotlessly clean, attractive, very comfortable, and quiet, and it was extremely peaceful, especially sitting on the back deck overlooking the calm canal. The kitchen was very well equipped all around and had every possible amenity we needed (except pepper!). We had/have no complaints whatsoever. The owner was always responsive within a brief time, so our questions were answered very soon after we got in touch with him. The only thing I would suggest is that you organize any visiting guests ahead of time if possible because the guest pass situation at the gate was a bit more complicated than it needed to be. All in all, our stay was absolutely wonderful and we'd strongly recommend the house, location, and owner's management of things overall.

She was responsive, accommodating, and provided excellent recommendations that enhanced my stay. Whether it was local dining spots or hidden gems in the neighborhood, her insights made my trip even more memorable. My family and I had a wonderful trip to HHI! The location of the condo is perfect!! Close to Coligny Beach, the plaza and park. Also very close to Sea Pines which leads you into Harbor Town. Location was perfect! The condo was great and spacious enough for our twin baby girls, 9 year old son, my husband and myself. Bryan was excellent with communication and the instructions to get to the condo along with checkout instructions and what not! Would highly recommend renting with Bryan. We can’t wait for our next trip back!

Paradise found! 135 Evian worked so well for us. Perfect location and surroundings, quiet. We loved the traditional, beachy feel that the owner had put in some lovely antique pieces and artwork, which is totally our style. Quality sofa and mattress is also very much appreciated, as well as good cotton linens, kitchen items and functionality of the whole unit. We’ll be back!

This place is lovely! Absolutely recommendable *****. The place was very clean and lovingly arranged. The description and the pictures are very accurate. It also had everything you need even if you want to cook full meals. Very comfortable beds and quiet at night, perfect to have good rest after busy days. Elliott and Kylie are quick to respond, very friendly and super helpful. The location is great, very close to the beach, we could even walk there with elderly grandparents without a problem. The beach is great, not crowded and with amenities (bathroom, showers, water station, etc) Like other guests say: you'll definitely feel right at home there. We will be coming back!

Exactly as pictured. Quiet and in a great part of Sea Pines, close to the "back" gate. Easy walk to the beach. We rented bikes (they were delivered) and rode them everywhere. Lots of space for my husband and I and our pup. Comfy beds. Living room furniture seemed almost brand new. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots. Nice sized dishwasher too. We couldn't ask for more!

This place exceeded my expectations! It was exceptionally clean, the location was a short 5 min walk to the beach, and very quiet at night. Everything you need for a day on the beach is provided. Frank had great communication throughout our entire stay. I look forward to booking this place again in the near future!

I really enjoyed the special thoughts and efforts put into this rental. Had everything and more to feel like home! I loved the quiet location and area. I know HH very well and would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to my family who live there. Enjoyed the Palmetto Dunes tennis club, Pickleball, and of course, the general store a favorite!

My wife and I came here for our baby moon to celebrate our first child. As beach people AND also airbnb hosts, we are picky. Pictures do not do this place justice. Wildlife is everywhere from dolphins, cranes, and Deer. Sunsets that look like you see pictures of in magazines. This place is special, unique, and without a doubt the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. On top of all of this, the hosts did ALL the little things right as far as amenities. Clean, recently renovated, comfortable beds/pillows, heated fan in the master bathroom, and ceiling fans in every room. Do not hesitate and book this place! My wife and I already rebooked to come back later this year.

Our stay was a very last minute pick/decision. Their place was available- I sent a message letting her know we were close and asked for recommendations to eat. She made sure we were able to check in early and shot us a couple places in downtown to eat. The property was absolutely beautiful. The barn apartment was spacious and homey- perfect for our family. We were able to meet Anna and her husband- they were very nice and informative. They told us about their home and their animals. We met their horses, donkeys, pig, and chickens. Our kids were in love with the place and animals as well. My oldest is ready to go back. So glad we stumbled across Anna’s place. If we are ever back out that way, we hope to stay again.

The place is as advertised, you get the left side of a house and there may be guests on the other side. Great location, just a 3 minute walk to the beach. Joe was responsive and addressed a request promptly. We had a good stay!

We had a great time here with 6 people ranging in age from 7 to 80. Everyone had fun and there was plenty of room for another 6. The location is ideal - within embalming distance to the beach, Pickleball courts and Salty Dog. Craig is a great host and you will have a wonderful time here.

We had an amazing stay at this beachside condo for the weekend time this year! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach and in a super walkable neighborhood with great shops and restaurants nearby. The condo itself had everything we needed, clean and comfortable with all the essentials. The host was incredibly helpful and communicative, making check-in and our whole stay seamless. Highly recommend!
