The interior and the terrace is lovingly and with then help of Syntax Architects designed. Modern art, design furniture, high-speed internet, air condition, smart TV with Netflix, workspace and a modern eat-in kitchen are standard. On a total of 210 m2 space you can live comfortably and explore the extraordinary sights of Vienna.

Es ist ein sehr nettes und sauberes,ruhiges Zimmer mit eigenen WC und Dusche. Seperaten Eingang. ( kleiner Bungalow) Alles wird alleine genützt. Im Sommer sehr angenehm kühl. Ventilator vorhanden .Im Garten ist eine kleine Gartenküche mit Geschirr und Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank. Der Garten kann genützt werden. Waschküche vorhanden. In nur 2 Minuten erreichen Sie den Bahnhof. In 12 Minuten ist man in Wien Hauptbahnhof Zentrum. Es gibt auch einen Autobus nach Schwechat. Haltestelle vor der Tür

We offer a beautiful little, private house including terrace and free parking in front of our property. We also have an e-charging station for cost-effective charging. In 15 minutes you can take the train to Vienna Central Station, and in 10 minutes you can take the bus to Therme Wien Oberlaa. The house is 15 km from the airport. We also live on the property in our own house, so we are always available.
