Beautiful holiday home with large garden in direct water location on the canal with fantastic views of the East Frisian countryside. The house has been extensively refurbished and renovated. It was important to us to maintain the original character and combine it with today's living comfort. Regionality, sustainability and individuality were our compass. On the edge of the historic village center in a quiet location, just a stone's throw to the dike, the harbor and the ferry to Ditzum.

Framheim

Framheim is a detached vacation home (100 m²) with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and space for up to 7 people. Enjoy a great view: with a terrace, garden, and barrel sauna, Wi-Fi, TV in several rooms, and a fireplace. The open-plan kitchen with induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and espresso machine (Senseo) makes your stay comfortable. A washing machine, dryer, walk-in showers and parking space complete the offer. Family-friendly, children welcome, 1 dog allowed, non-smoking.

Welcome to our modern, spacious house in Loppersum! It offers plenty of space for families, couples or groups seeking relaxation. The quiet location is ideal for walks along the beautiful waterways in the area. The covered outdoor area invites you to relax. Thanks to the central location, you can reach Emden and the Great Sea quickly, and the North Sea coast is also only about half an hour away. Perfect for a getaway surrounded by nature and close to the coast!

Rest & relaxation Historic Gulfhof near the dike

Our beautiful, elaborately renovated Gulf house invites everyone seeking tranquility and relaxation. The village (Loquard) we live in is located between Emden and Greetsiel and allows excursions to the East Frisian islands or to the coast only 1.7 km away. Extensive bike tours can also be taken along the North Sea coast or you can simply relax with a book under our beautiful apple tree. The house is designed for 2 people and is not suitable for pets!

Beautiful cottage on the Ihler Meer

The cottage is located in a quiet cul-de-sac location on the Ihler Meer. Shopping, pharmacy, the monastery of the Ihlower Forest, as well as the swimming beach of the Ihler Meer can be reached in a few minutes on foot or by bike. Ihlowerfehn is an ideal location to explore all of East Frisia. Various coastal regions can be reached in about 45 minutes by car. In the immediate vicinity is a restaurant with beer garden as well as a beautiful playground.

Monumental bakery in the centre of Rysum: Living in an exceptional atmosphere. Spacious living-dining kitchen, three bedrooms, bathroom with corner tub, a shower room. Light-flooded living room with TV in gable. Wi-Fi, but shaky! Two small terraces. Bicycle shed. The way to the small "secret" beach by car: Drive from Rysum to Emden, turn right towards KNOCK, to the end of the road (BEACH UST), park your car and walk north by the water...

Mooi an't Diek

Relax in this special and quiet place to stay. Located directly on the Petkumerhafen, it offers many opportunities for bike tours and walks. Several times a day, the ferry goes to the idyllic fishing village of Ditzum. Emden and the East Frisian surrounding area offer many attractions and leisure opportunities. The kitchen has a dishwasher. If necessary, two guest beds can be provided for children. Linens and towels are provided.

The listed house was extensively renovated in 2020/21 with a lot of love. The tastefully furnished house has lost none of its charm and originality. Witnesses to its old age are the original parquet and plank floors in the living rooms and bedrooms and terrazzo floors in the kitchen. The house is very carefully furnished with beautiful softwood antiques. In sunshine, life takes place outside on the terrace in the enclosed garden.

New from 2026! Hello and welcome to our vacation home in the tranquil and nature-loving district of Twixlum in the seaport city of Emden. The house was lovingly modernized in 2025 and offers 100 m² of living space for up to 5 people - ideal for families, groups or couples who want to spend a relaxing holiday in beautiful East Frisia. From the terrace you can enjoy a fantastic view of the garden in a direct canal location.

The "Arda" apartment in the far north of The Netherlands, surrounded by the North Sea and the Groningen plains, offers a wonderful base for exploring the mystical landscape. Treat yourself to a nice walk in the morning up to the dike, which offers protection against the relentless North Sea. The property with its own jetty and boat dock is facing south. The large garden offers a built-in grill as well as a cozy place to relax in the hammock.
