Swimming at Lake Achard 10 minutes away and possibility of walking around the lake. Walks in the Rhine forest 5 minutes away Golf 10 minutes away

Ideally located in a small village typical of Alsace, close to Strasbourg, Colmar and Obernai, this duplex for 2 people is in a very quiet area and benefits from the advantages of the countryside while being close to the big cities to visit (20 to 30 min). On the first floor of the owners' house, with independent entrance, all comforts, a living room with equipped kitchen, south-facing balcony (8 m2) with table and chairs, bright living room, bedroom with new bedding and bathroom.

At the Tulipier Du Ried

At Tulipier du Ried, Alsatian half-timbered farm in Hipsheim, a small village, 18 km south of Strasbourg, 45 minutes from Colmar and 40 minutes from Europa-Park. Quiet, the building, renovated with natural materials, offers 4 bedrooms for 10 people, 1 large living room with equipped kitchen. The ground floor can accommodate people with reduced mobility. You will enjoy a private sunny terrace and parking in the courtyard. Our gîte is classified. Forest and bike paths nearby.

During your getaway, come and enjoy the charm and romance of life on the water with all the modern comforts in this more than a century-old boat!
