Cozy cabin with private swimming area

A place to relax in great natural surroundings. Here there is electricity, running water, shower, TV and internet. The cabin is completely for itself with its own jetty and has several nice outdoor areas. The heat pump keeps the temperature smooth throughout the day and the wood-burning stove can be lit for cosiness and extra heat. Skiers at Øynaheia are not far away and you can buckle the skis at the cabin and walk towards the slopes from there. Very nice swimming opportunities with its own jetty outside the cabin. The cabin has a double bed, a single bed and 2 extra mattresses.

Newly refurbished cottage with private jetty and breathtaking views. The property has an address Marstrand and is located at Revesand on Tromøy in Arendal. The place has a fantastic view of Gjessøya, Mærdø, Havsøysund and Galtesund. In the evening one can see the light from the Torungen guy from the bed. There is a private jetty with a swimming ladder and plenty of space for many boats. The boathouse is well equipped, with rowboat, two kayaks, fishing equipment, life jackets etc. Pioneers 14 with 20 hp (2019 model) can be rented together with the cabin if desired.

Only 5 min to go to shopping center with pharmacy, grocery, cafe, etc.

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.

Quiet area just a short walk of 8-9 minutes along the seaside promenade into the city center. Where you will find alot of nice restaurants and pubs. You can enjoy the morning and afternoon sun on the terrace. There are numerous grocery stores just waking distance away, and also bus stop just 200 m from the appartment.

In the living room, there is both a seating area and a dining area. There is an option to add a cot if needed. There is access to use the garden on the outside of the apartment. Access to bathing/the seashore can be arranged with the host.

Welcome to the vineyard on Tromøy - Myra Gård! Right in front of the house, 3150 vines are planted in 2024, and guests can experience the vines in the different stages throughout the year. A lovely property located right by Raet National Park on Tromøy. Here you can enjoy peace and quiet in beautiful nature, the house is located just 200 meters from the entrance gate of Raet National Park at Spornes.
