Monthly Rentals in Historic District, Wilmington

This place is wonderful, love the location of the Airbnb because we were able to walk pretty much anywhere. The place was super nice had everything we needed and the hosts were very friendly and helpful. 10/10 awesome place. Definitely will come back.

We had a fantastic stay! The home was thoughtfully decorated, very clean, and had everything we needed. The location was convenient and made it easy to explore the area. Our family really enjoyed our time here and felt right at home. We’d absolutely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

Bob’s place was amazing! I stayed here for a solo trip and it was the perfect location, I walked everywhere the entire time. There are so many restaurants & bars right in the area and a beautiful view of the river from the balcony. Bob was great and the instructions were super clear I didn’t have to reach out for anything. Would absolutely recommend this place and next time I’m in town I’ll check to see if it’s available first!

Our first time in Wilmington, NC & found this place last minute & it did not disappoint! Roomy for a family of four, beautiful view, walkable to downtown, & the condo had all the amenities we needed ! Bedroom king bed was very comfy & we liked having our own tv ! We plan to visit the area more often & will stay again! Aaron was a great host!
